Tia was wonderful and very quick to help me with Amazon returns, shipping a package and laminating some things. Both team members welcomed me into the store and were kind with every customer. Bug shout out!! And happy new year!

I came here to turn in a piece of Spectrum equipment and Tia, the clerk, was TREMENDOUSLY helpful! She not only took the time to assist me but went the extra mile to ensure that I fully understood the process and what would happen. In addition she was cheerful and upbeat even though she probably does this several times per day. I can’t imagine any better service!

For YEARS I have gotten professional prints from Taj. Even when I'm unorganized, he quickly resizes my projects and they're great. His excellent, patient demeanor and knowledge of the computer program he uses keep me coming back.

I've had a post box here since March of 2020. I can't say enough good things about the crew here. Taj has been great to work with, and you can tell the regulars love working with him. He's always got a smile on his face, makes sure to take care of any packages that you are expecting, knows the ayatem inside and out. Understand what needs to be done, and gets it done well.

I've never had a bad experience with these folks and look forward to continuing my business with them.

The store on Austin Hwy. always has me covered. Taj is excellent with our graphic art and very professional. Their Quick service is always appreciated.

Quick, painless, and quite frankly better and more courteous service than other local options. I came in needing tape to close my box and put my label on and the employee took care of all that for me. Also nice to have a pair of dedicated parking spots out front.

I frequently use this UPS store for Amazon returns. Cannot say anything negative. Some employees are quicker than others but that's not a deal breaker. Everyone is reasonably friendly and knows his/her stuff. Recommend.

Taj was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I asked for a simple print job and he made sure to do the printing on the proper paper and cut it down to size for later ease. Great experience.
