Menards

Menards has been a go-to store for me for major appliances and all sorts of home needs. Recently I needed to resolve a refrigerator warranty issue, and the manager (Ian) was EXTREMELY helpful, apologizing for the issue, taking initiative to contact the warranty vendor, and just generally putting my mind at ease about getting this taken care of. I can't imagine how busy he must be, so this is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this store.

5 stars because of 2 very helpful, honest staff members. Tripp helped me find what I needed. Ian found my credit cards’ wallet and kept it in the safe. I was very thankful.

Freddy and Greg were incredibly helpful when I needed a product replaced that had been damaged by a third party shipper. Everything was handled and new product ordered all in the same day, on a Friday. I contacted the vendor too, unsuccessfully, and still have no response after 5 days. These two staff saved the day! Thank you!

Jeff in paint was AWESOME and VERY knowledgeable. He was able to point me in the right direction on the type of paint and even went out of his way to find a book with custome colors for a cubs symbol we are going to paint for my brother's wall! I'll post finished pics when done! Thank you for all yalls help!

They have everything. Great prices. It is THE home improvement store.

I love this store! The staff is very friendly and helpful and they do a good job of keeping the place clean. I know they are short-handed like everyone right now but they've done a fantastic job of keeping the place well stocked. The management of this store should be proud of themselves.

I don't usually take time to write reviews but my experience with David Howell yesterday was exceptional. I have been custom vanity shopping for 3 days at 2-3 different Lowe's & Home Depot's and not once was I offered assistance.

I walked into Menards yesterday and David assisted me for over an hour from vanities and custom sinks all the way to vanity lights and toilet paper holders. Exemplary customer service. Thanks David.

Always a great experience. This visit I ordered a lumber delivery for my upcoming garage build and they delivered exactly where I asked and it's very quality lumber at a great price. Lumber selection makes lowes/depot seem nonexistent.

Very dissatisfied with their customer service desk and response to loosing a rebate voucher within the store. 05/15/23 changing review as they found the voucher and sent it to me

The staff today were just awesome. The pandemic and pick up orders have things in a little bit of chaos, but everyone at the Carmel store are hustling and doing the best job they can ... customers, cut them some slack!

I mistakenly bought an un tinted paint versus white paint and got everything situated very quickly. The return desk and paint department were extremely helpful and made it quick and easy to get it replaced.

Assoc in paint dept very helpful. Took a paint formula from several years ago to get matched for a painting project. They took the time to make sure the paint matched my old color/shade perfectly

I have shopped at Menards for most of my project needs, for many years. We bought an item 2 days ago, but couldn't find it when we were ready to install it. ust found out they can check the video from when you purchased an item, so they were able to confirm we took it home before we spent a bunch more time figuring out where we put it.

This is my go-to store for home improvement supplies, etc. Almost all the time when I am buying things that go into walls, or covering wood - I don't need a name brand. I just need paint for the deck, a door lock, a box of screws, weed killer, quart of oil, etc - this is the first place I shop. There is a Lowe's just down the street, but I will go there only if this Menard's does not have what I need. Also, Mr Luke Pettijohn is their best employee!

Menards is a great place. They just have some people that don't care. Like Margaret in paint. Called up there at 7:35 on a Saturday night. She told me that they had 9 gallons of paint. We got up there only 1 gallon. Glad I didn't drive far. She had time to check her phone though. Kayla and Susan are by far the best associates in the department. Thanks kayla. For first timers, it is the place where you can buy almost anything. Just like walmart plus Lowes at a single place. Its cheap as well. Good as well. They have really good hardware parts that will be comparable with Lowe's. All in one shoping.

We'd been going to Lowe's and Home Depot, and while there's not really a difference between those two, this Menards stands apart. It's better lit, has way more stuff outside, AND they have groceries. There's little enough time in the day, and knocking out home improvement shopping and some grocery shopping with one stop helps us out.

The prices are usually less than Lowe’s and Home Depot but not always. They have a really good candy section -unfortunately -but it was definitely a savings for Halloween.
