These guys were great. Educated me big time. Were very patient with me. I must have tried 15 different bikes in their parking lot. I didn't really now what I wanted and Brad was very fantastic in helping me decide. I finally settled on a Mountain Bike and I have had an absolute blast learning the sport. The other reason I purchased from BGI is they offer 12 months same as cash. I like to buy my toys that way. I highly recommend these guys! Especially Brad!

Brad was very knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to me and help me understand what I should be looking for regarding my height and fitness goals. I'm brand new to road cycling and Brad was great from start to finish despite my naivete. Great selection, service, and sales people. Love it.

Recieved a free tune up after buying my bike there a year ago.Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Didn’t feel pressured in getting extra things done with my bike that weren’t needed. Rode my bike today and had a very smooth ride, noticeable improvement over all from last time I rode,

We came to get a new bike for me and a trailer for our toddler. The sales associate who helped us was very knowledgeable about different brands and models and was able to suggest a bike I never would have looked at otherwise. He was respectful of our price range, answered questions, and never tried to oversell. Another perk of buying a bike with BGI is you get a tuneup during your first 12 months to ensure everything is working properly on your new bike. We’ll definitely come back!

I bought this Serrotta bike at BGI in 2001, all Campagnolo Record , and it’s nice to shop at a store that has what I need in stock. I’m 83 and still riding it.

Our experiences with BGI have been nothing short of exceptional over the years. Today we purchased our son's bike for his birthday and our associate, Zoe was so kind and helpful. She gave us great information for our son's bike and how to outfit it. Zoe also took time to make sure we picked out the best fitting helmet. Before leaving with the bike, it goes through a final safety test and any equipment you buy gets installed--such a a great service and value. The service department was very kind and so quick! They gave great information on how to make adjustments and when to bring the bike in for service. Thanks all and we'll be back soon!

I went in looking for a bike, not knowing a lot. The guy at the door (didn’t get his name) he worked Sunday was very nice and was able to answer some questions and got me set up to talk with a sales person. I got Ben Lipton as my sales person. He was great answered all of my questions, gave great advice and suggested things I didn’t think of. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks to Ben for going above and beyond with helping.

I brought in some good but old Mavic wheels that needed a new freehub. The service department put in a lot of personal extra effort tracking down the part I needed, not pushing a new wheelset on me. They have several team members who love legacy bikes that don't have the latest tech but can still provide years of fun riding. My wheels roll great again thanks to their efforts which were above and beyond what one expects these days from the retail world.

Was able to get a new bike at a great price. Todd helped find the right fit for me and didn’t just try to sell me something I didn’t need. Also my wife got her bike tuned up with a quick turnaround and no issues. Will definitely come back in any time I need anything bike related

Every one of your staff is friendly, knowledgeable, great to work with and conduct themselves as true advisors. I want to especially acknowledge the wonderful service I have received from Jenn Gonzalez when I have brought my two bikes in for service. She is wonderful to work with and has been extremely helpful. She epitomizes the true concept of customer service and because of her I will only work with BGI North!

I brought a recumbent bicycle (that I had just purchased used online) to BGI for a tune up. Al did a great job of checking my bike in for service. He was very thorough and explained everything so clearly. When the tune up was finished, Al was there to explain to us everything that had been done and showed us how to adjust the bike to fit me perfectly. We appreciate his time, consideration, and expertise. We did not get to meet Chase who did a great job on the tune up. Bicycle Garage Indy, 4340 E 82nd St, Indianapolis, IN took great care of us! (Note: In the photos, the back and seat were collapsed when I checked the bike in because we had to do that to get it into the back of our vehicle! When we picked it up, Al got it adjusted perfectly and they showed us how to get it into our vehicle without having to collapse it.)

BGI made it happen for me when I had a brake failure just days before a mountain bike trip out of state. They were able to expedite my order and even tuned up a few things quickly!
Will happily do business with them again!

My salesperson, Brad, was outstanding. He met with me several times to make sure he was getting me the best bike for my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He made sure my bike was set up well for me, and took the time and really listened to make sure I got the best bike and accessories for my interests and level of experience. Even though I’m a beginner and needed a relatively inexpensive starter bike, he spent a great deal of time with me. Very happy with my purchase!

Have had nothing but outstanding experiences with BGI North. They have a great selection of parts and tools in stock both common and less common. They really listen to the issues you are dealing with and make sure you have a solution before leaving the store. I recommend to everyone.

My recent experience was having work done on one of my bikes and the service person was Jenny and one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met. Great store! Great people!

These guys are awesome! The family and I made the trip to Indy from central Florida for a death in the family. We knew we would be here for a few extra days so we brought our bikes. We have been tossing around the idea of getting new bikes so we figured we would shop in Indy. Inventory in this area was awesome! A lot of shops around the circle city had great inventory relative to central Florida. We stopped at BGI first because they were down the street from where we were staying. Adam Haines greeted us at the door and was extremely patient with our questions and my indecisiveness. When it comes to bicycle sales folks, Adam is top notch. So many bike shops just don’t share the enthusiasm or passion Adam and BGI have. I told several other shops I had money burning a hole in my pocket but they weren’t helping me make a decision.
My lady knew what she wanted (Juliana Wilder) so that decision was easy. Adam offered us a fair value for her trade and a killer deal on the bike. Her deal was done. I was in between a few bikes but finally decided on a Santa Cruz Blur. Again, Adam gave us a fair deal on my trade as well as a smoking deal on the bike. I couldn’t say no so the deal was done.
Fast forward to my first ride and I had a freak mechanical malfunction in the first few minutes. I dropped the bike off with Adam the next day and explained the issue. Adam made sure the technician gave the bike priority and fixed the bike immediately without frustration.
Bicycle Garage Indy is second to none and their service is above most shops we visited between central Florida and Indy. They have great inventory with bikes, accessories and parts. They also share the same love for cycling we do. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Even if one has to travel, the experience is worth it.
