20 gas pumps available so there is no waiting.

Plenty of parking spaces up front by the entrance (maybe 15) and 2 handicap parking spaces.

I thought this place to be spacious and clean.

Came here because there was an offer for a free can of cocacola coffee (I just pay the sales tax) on the app. Yay! I definitely recommend

Most of my experiences were good. Cashiers and management were kind. (though I disagree with a former cashier denying someone cigarettes because he had a temporary liscense and was waiting for a permanent one in the mail.) Selection is good. Let me tell you why I didn't give a perfect score. A cashier had an attitude when telling me they don't sell alcohol. (They used to) She was matter of fact, unapologetic, and didn't offer me an explanation. She was vague when I asked why. She even blamed me for not knowing. She arrogantly said, "There are signs all over the place." I did not appreciate being treated like that. The reason why I give a good score overall, is one cashier followed me out and was nice about it and offered an explanation without me asking. Most people there are nice. There are bad apples everywhere.

Cold coffee machine, French Vanilla/Mocha/Carmel Machiato/Cold Brew is always out of products, or only has 1 flavor. This is the specific reason that I go to this Circle K. Hands down the best....when they have it. Luckily Casey which I find out has 2 flavors. Not as good as Circle K. But, I can't pay the price places are charging for canned coffee. This would not much matter anyway as they are out of those over 90% of the time, along with energy drinks. Caseys has a good selection available, both products.
The 1st shift CSR's are the best at this Circle K. Pleasant, and kind. Cafe man always asks; how are you, anything I can do, anything you need help with...etc He's the best and definitely deserves a raise. Mix that with delicious coldncoffee machine is the only reason I specifically make time to stop at this location. However, due to supply issues I was forced to go Casey's which is about 20 extra minutes every morning. I hope supply issues get back to normal soon with Circle K's suppliers...They use different suppliers than the competitors mentioned that have products 😉
12/23/21 @ 630 pm CSR very rude, unpleasant, made customers feel like an inconvenience/interpretation...when the supply issues finally get fixed...I will not stop if 1st shift is gone.

Very sketchy place outside,gotten approached by lots of panhandlers at this location.

Inside is decent good prices for snacks and drinks

Yr customer service is really bad. I stoped there round 6:20 and that lady was rude to me for no reason. That pissed me off but I let it slide and didn't even say anything. Here in Carmel, I think Circle K can do better. Next time I will report this Circle K directly to the headquarter, make it public on TIKTOK, FB, IG and make sure you guys select the right people for this position.

I typically don't post negative reviews, much less for convenience stores. But the Cashier was extremely rude when I went to this Circle K. She absolutely refused to ring up a sale price on the product I purchased. Even after explaining nicely to her several times that the price that she rung up was before tax. It wasn't until after the third time of explaining and her refusing to ring up the discount, I got slightly testy. At hearing the irritation in my voice, the other cashier came over and put the discount through without an issue. After all of this the first cashier finished the order and rudely shoved the receipt at me. If you don't want to ring up sales prices, that's fine, don't have them.
