Jon @ The Medicare Family was magnificent, professional, and attentive. He truly listened to what we needed and made sure he found all of the plans that were appropriate. Then he went the extra mile and explained multiple times how those plans differ, and was willing to answer all of my questions with enthusiasm and respect. His customer service is absolutely top-notch.

Our rep, Jon Pumphrey, was great to work with. My wife and I were new to the world of Medicare and had lots of questions. Jon was thorough, knowledgeable and explained things in simple terms that were easy to understand. He was responsive, followed up when he said he would and guided us through the entire process. But most of all, he was patient. I'm not sure we could have done it without his help. My first encounter with The Medicare Family was through reels on Facebook. I had finally hit the age where figuring out Medicare became a necessity so I was looking for information. There are tons of people out there all offering advice on Medicare, but The Medicare Family rose to the top with no nonsense information. Their website is very informative. I did a lot of research on my own so I felt quite prepared, but I still had some questions. I scheduled an appointment with The Medicare Family and one of their agents, Liz Trevino, called right no time. She was great to work with and answered all my questions. She helped me select the Part D and Part G plans that work best for me and my wife.

I am turning 65 soon and, like most of us, was overwhelmed & dreading the mountain of paperwork & options that was heading my way.
