Best TA Truck repair shop I have ever had in years.
I had some Truck issues that needed to be fixed and I was on a Load that was due for delivery. All I could ask was minimum time and efficiency to get me Rolling back.
Guess who delivered that? It was the technician MIKE who was personable, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
This was my first truck repair with TA Shop in Whitestown, IN and will definitely be my go to Place in the future.
I will be recommending this TA Truck service, (Travel Center of America Service Shop), to all my friends and family, and many other drivers I know.
What an incredible experience best customer service I have dealt with in many years.

Jacob is THE MAN in the service area. We had a truck limp in de-rated to 5mph with DEF filter issues. He gave me the options and timeline and got it done actually under the quoted amount. He communicated often and we were able to get back on the road pretty quickly considering they had to order parts. If we are ever in need in that area again this shop will be the first one we call. Thanks Jacob and team!

Clean showers upstairs.
Bathrooms were average.
Not much on roller grill or hot box but there is a cold selection and a Popeyes. I suggest ordering using the app. It will save you A LOT of time because the line was LONG. Lobby is closed for dine in. There are many places to walk dog. Truck spots still available at 6:00pm on a Friday night.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the design of the handicap shower. It's the gold standard. I suggest taking photos and sending it to corporate. This is how they all should be. From the style and location of the shower head to the 2 seats ( shower and sink) to the room size. Great job in the design.

Friendly people, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking for this area and they just got a food truck to start working there nights. (and maybe breakfast?)

The food truck is top tier food. It's Mexican food truck (I should say trailer) but the trailer doesn't do it justice.

Never thought I'd say I hope to come back to Whitestown or pick up in brownsburg but I really do hope I come back by here.

Great service. Clean. Great selection of pop. They also have all of the other trinkets that you would expect at a large truck stop. Gas prices are always low and they have a restaurant as well as a Popeyes chicken inside, adjacent to the station side.

We were here overnight for a pickup for Thanksgiving 2023 and grateful to everyone working! Especially the folks at Popeyes! You made a heckofa meal for us that made us feel as close to a home cooked Thanksgiving meal as possible and THEN some! Truckers appreciate yall!!

One of the MUCH BETTER T/As. Lots of cool stuff in the clean store. Restaurant is AWESOME although it has limited hours. Friendly people.

Great place. I had a problem with the trailer lights and the mechanic helped me out fixed the problem and had me back on the road in no time.

We came to the restaurant and were instantly and pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was immaculately clean. The silverware as well as the flatware was perfectly clean. The food was extremely fresh, there was no wilted, oxidized lettuce or old wrinkled mushrooms on the soup and salad bar. The lettuce was neatly cut and freshly done too. The steak that we ordered was cooked perfectly and seasoned just as well. The service was stellar and the wait staff were very attentive and prompt. Overall this was an experience high and above what we have come to expect at truck stop restaurants and we would gladly return to this location again with absolutely no qualms.

Pretty good location. Plus is that their handicap shower is on the first floor. Friendly staff. Just wish that the truckers would learn to park respectfully. I know we do not have enough spots. But when you park at a end of an aisle do it as if you was parking in a spot. Not taking up 2 spots because you do not know how to pull or back into a spot.

I truly enjoyed my experience there. The staff were all pleasant & professional. Ms Shawn, a cashier there, went far & beyond to ensure that each customer had what they needed. I watched her run register & even went on the floor to assist various customers with whatever they needed right away. She made me laugh when I wasn't even feeling up to it. She made every person that I saw her serve smile. She's a great asset to your company.

Always a great place to stop in travels that cater to us truck drivers! Clean showers, clean facilities, and usually always friendly customer service! TA is always my first choice in a place to stay in the truck, and they always have all the accessories and things a trucker could need when on the road! Highly recommend this place for anyone!

My fiance and I both used to work at this specific location. At the time it didn't have the greatest management. Now I hear it has better days. My fiance worked as a porter and he took great care in cleaning the showers and maintaining the pumps along with every other dirty job. Once, they were on their hands and knees with a putty knife scraping the shower floors. Now that's what I call clean! It takes a lot of hard work to keep up with a facility that large. Be thankful for the employees and If you take surveys and communicate with management it always helps you have a better stay.

Great food, nice waitresses, I had a very, very good experience at this location. Will Definitely Be going back, next time I'm in town. "That is a Fact jack"!!! Hope you all enjoy your visit there as well. God Bless...

We were out of state needed the truck air-conditioning fixed..
Everyone was so very nice..it was the holiday weekend,they made us feel wanted and special..
The gentleman came out special to put a compressor in..
They all went above and beyond..thank you

A friend wanted to try out their restaurant and what a surprise! I had an omelet and fried potatoes with biscuits and gravy. It was all perfectly cooked and delicious. On top of it all, the price was fabulous. I recommend it.

They were awesome I experienced road dragon. So needed a nap like ASAP. So slept for about an hour or so but I left my headlights on. So my battery was dead the shop jumped my car for me. Thanks I appreciate it.

I have never been to this location. But this morning my husband / truck driver called me , he was in a lot of pain. So with the distance between us I told him to call an ambulance. He went back in the store an the employees helped him call for the help he needed. An they stayed with him til help arrived. I do not know everyone's names. But Lou in book keeping was one that stayed by his side an who I have been talking with. I am very thankful for all they have done. I can not thank them enough for everything.
