Always my favorite place to shop for quality, price, cleanliness and friendliness. Employees are always available to help. My recent experience was spectacular with the time, attention and patience shown to me by employees Bruce and Nicole. You two ROCK.

Grandma and I are 90 years old and don't have any business shopping but she likes to go look at things. They really didn't have what she was looking for but she bought something anyway that wasn't what she really wanted.

This review is specifically for Sephora inside Kohl’s. I had looked around in this Sephora once before a few months back and the associate acted like I didn’t exist. I asked about a product that they had on the website but since she couldn’t find it on the shelf, it didn’t exist either. Fast forward to today when I took a chance. I’m SO glad I stopped in. Chris was so kind, helpful, and went way above and beyond. She’s newer to the Sephora area but she is incredible. I hope to see her again soon! 😊

Fairly busy for morning. Well staffed so wait time for returns in checking out was minimal. The Amazon returns are so easy to do. You get receipt plus email from place if order that tells that site knows you made the return. So easy.

Very good collection of dresses and perfumes.
All the items are cheaper than at other stores.

They really go out of their way to help you out and use your rewards.
Sometimes it's confusing, but they always try to make it right now

Kohl’s made significant improvement with the merchandise this year. I came to return Amazon and end up buying all Christmas presents for the family and friends…. I was shocked. Two years ago I would come and leave empty handed because there was nothing I would like.

Went to this kohls for an amazon return. Quick & easy. Everything was very organized & clean. Had multiple staff members ask if I was doing okay while walking around. Good customer service here

My family loves Kohls. They have great clothing and decent bargains. However the best thing is the online ordering and Amazon returns. Amazon returns are so easy and when you return something to Amazon they give you a receipt with a Kohl's bucks gift on it. Fantastic!

Nice store ,place to find good quality stuff

Needed to exchange an online order. I ordered the wrong size. The people behind the counter were very nice and patient. Love Kohl's. Store is clean and beautiful. Lots to look at. Wish I had more time to ship today.

Wonderful employees who give customers a great shopping experience. The store was very clean and organized, except for the perfume section. Some of the testers had no spray caps in them so it was hard to test them and there was a large "construction scaffold" blocking the men's cologne section. In the jewelry section we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness and I would like to recommend Emily and Mike to everyone who shops here. We received great customer service from both of them and our first experience at this particular store was exceptional and we will go out of our way to shop at this store again only because of the level of professional customer service we received from Mike and Emily

The best customer service I’ve ever received at Kohl’s! From being greeted as soon as I arrived. When I checked out, having the manager greet me in line and answer my question on my rewards. Lastly the guy who was working customer service when I walked out.. I wish I could have got his name said had a fabulous day with a smile! Those touches you do not see all the time and it made me feel relaxed and happy!

They needed more check out cashiers and more inventory….their small and medium size Nike women clothes is very slim picking…. Other than that I got what I needed
