Tom Woods Toyota was great to deal with! They felt like family and I researched and knew what I wanted so they made my sale happen and were very accommodating. Easy in and out, Samantha and Tim were AMAZING!!!! no hassle at all, will repeat with them! I would rather drive 40 minutes to see them than to deal with others. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. These people LOVE what they do and it shows.

Outstanding long range internet sale, Evan aka “ET” a relatively new salesperson did a great job. Flew in to pick my vehicle, ET picked me up at airport and zero hiccups occurred during the process, no hard core sales talk for additional items, price agreed to before leaving home was the price I paid at dealership. Top notch folks, would recommend to anyone looking for a new car/truck.. only very little minor minor issue that occurred was that dealership would not accept a non refundable deposit to hold truck while I made travel plans, had to wait to 24hrs out to lock in sale. This is in comparison to my previous Tacoma buy from Beechmont Toyota in Cincinnati (Dave Roth salesman), I bought online and they held for me with a deposit. In the end I got the truck that I wanted and am extremely happy with it.

2023 Toyota Camry SE

Absolutely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience. We pulled in on a busy Saturday morning as we passed through town on a road trip. Our car had been making a weird sound for 20 miles or so and suddenly started losing acceleration on the highway. By some miracle we had JUST passed Tom Wood Toyota. We turned around and made our way there with our hazards on. When pulled in, oil pouring out of the bottom of the truck and sprayed ALL OVER the car. Turns out the oil change we had the day before neglected to put a gasket on the oil filter. As I sat waiting for the verdict, feverishly looking for rental cars, Angie came over to let us know we would be back on our way shortly, IN OUR OWN CAR!!!!! She got us right in and took such good care of us and our 5 kids while we waiting. Well done Tom Wood Toyota. Sincere thanks ☺

I pulled in and was greeted right away. Oil change was completed and more work was recommended because of the mileage. No pressure. I have the estimate and will call for an appointment for that. Very professional, respectful, no pressure and work done in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the service here.

The staff, especially Alex, were so kind when I had a last-minute emergency and had to cancel. Alex called back in 10 minutes to express her concern. When I was able to finally get there 2 hours after my appointment, they were able to work me in. They are a phenomenal group of people!

Ron helped us find the best vehicle for our family needs. He was so patient with us as we tried multiple vehicles and knowledgeable when we had questions. I would highly recommend working with him. Buying a car is never easy, but the team at Tom Wood is really doing their best to support customers through the buying process. On top of that, their lifetime power train warranty is hard to pass up. We took home a 2023 Toyota Venza, and it is perfect!

Service Advisors are always personable and efficient. Very good at explaining issues discovered and options for remedying those issues. Service progress updates are timely. Customer wait areas are comfortable. The entire process is seamless.

Colson was my associate. Tom Wood Zionsville ia ALWAYS at the top of their game. I can't say enough good of how much I appreciate their service. I came in early to my appt. they still took my car ahead of time and processed me well, as if it was the early time for the appt. I didn't want to rush them and they are so accommodating in so many ways. I trust this dealership mainly because of how Neil runs his service department. It is exceptional!!!

Cade Johnson was our sales person on 11/7/23. He offered stellar customer service and was very professional! Upon arrival he went over details of the vehicle we were considering buying, drove with us to test drive and all the while, explaining things and answering any questions we had. I was so afraid of being scammed, I had a couple bad experiences at other dealerships but I felt very comfortable there. I worked directly with Evan “ET” and he laid everything out clearly and I really had a positive experience. He was very through and answered all of my questions and even if he was sure about the answer he would ask his boss to make sure everything he was saying is correct. After this experience I think I will be a Toyota buyer forever, thank you so much ET! Also, Wyatt and Kyle were delightful to work with and no part of me felt scammed after I left. These staff members did a phenomenal job and I would 100% recommended this dealership to others. Overall a great experience! Side note we were in and out of there in 3 hours, so time efficient seriously a remarkable experience.
