This was a busy store, and rightly so. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff to ALL customers in the store. This small staff is awesome in their efficiency. Hope others will give them all the credit they deserve.

I don't ever give perfect scores but if there has ever been a group who deserved it more these guys sure did!! The positive uplifting help was just so nice you won't be disappointed. And if they don't have what you need I'm sure the ladies up front will move heaven and earth to get you what you need.

The service was prompt and professional. My complaint is that after 18=19 days of use the compression hose have fallen apart. MedCOR offered no support in replacing the $90 garment.

Nice staff, but store hours are weekdays 8:30am to 4:30pm, closed Saturdays and Sundays, so they're open only when employed people are at work. I'm afraid my retired mother will start charging mileage for picking up my orders.

This company claims to accept Medicare for compression garments in line with the January 1, 2024 change in Medicare coverage. In fact, they don’t. They would not fill the Rx I have for compression socks because they cost more than the allowance. I have secondary medical insurance which will pick up the difference, but this company refuses to accept the secondary insurance. It had taken weeks to unsuccessfully resolve the issue and has caused an unnecessary delay in my treatment. I do not recommend doing business with this company as they are misleading consumers and Medicare while negatively effecting health outcomes with delays.
