iStore Phone Repair

This phone/tablet repair store is awesome. The gentleman here is super nice, upfront and friendly. I brought in an iPad 10.5" Pro for screen repair along with an iPad Mini 4 needing a battery.
I was told the Mini 4 is obsolete and replacing the battery more costly than it's worth. (I had suspected that would be the case.) They had the screen for the iPad Pro in stock. Repair time is about 40 minutes.
The waiting area is very comfortable with music I enjoy playing at a very comfortable volume for relaxation. They also have chairs for little people in the lobby.
The cost to replace the screen was the best I found in the area. Service is excellent. Happily I assign 5 stars and wholeheartedly recommend this business for repair needs.

I stopped in this store with my adopted papa to get a power cord for his flip phone today. The owner realized very quickly that he is a Korean War Veteran as he was wearing his hat. He would not let us pay for the cord and charger. He said he wanted to give back to people like Papa that fought for this country. What an upstanding american!! It's great to see that there are kind people in this world that appreciate the people that came before us. Thank you for being kind to my Papa!! You made our day!!! Thank you for being kind to strangers!!

I went here about a month ago with a broken iPad screen. The owner was very fast to fix it (within an hour) and it came out fantastic. I had debates wether to pay the extra to put on the screen protector (which isn't that expensive actually) and I talked with the owner and he said "yes some people chance it and go without" and we sort of looked at each other and laughed and I said "yeah , let's put it on". So it came out great and guess what ? Last night I slipped in the rain dropped my ipad right on the pavement and it didn't break ! Id say well well worth the money and couldn't help but think back to that laugh we had. Anyway would totally recommend this owner and his business!

I got the screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra and Dani was super helpful and quick with the repair. I would defiantly recommend them.

The owner is a very very nice person he is down to earth and they give you all that specification so you can save money 🤑💰

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owner. The back of my iPhone was completely shattered and other places scammed me and took my money without fixing it correctly. They fixed it within an hour and were BEYOND nice and professional. The only place in Maine you should go!!!!! Will go here again and HIGHLY recommend.

Impressive service. When I called to ask about a screen replacement for my particular (and uncommon) phone model, which they didn't have in stock, they promised to order a couple of them whether I ended up coming in or not, without requiring any commitment from me. When I did come in for the repair, even though they couldn't start right away, the service was still done faster than promised and was more reasonably priced than the previous place I had gone to. This is now my go-to for any phone repair service.

I love this guy!! Amazing service!!! Friendly, respectful, honest, fair, and very fast. I had several cracks on my phone and he had it looking like new in 40 minutes. Very impressed!!! I just got my phone fixed from water damage to the screen in 15 minutes! I walked in and he was very nice and welcoming! He also educated me on the pieces inside the phone as well and informed me on how the insides weren't damaged but only the screen. I'm so so grateful for the service and cheap price. Thank you!!

Fast, professional and fair pricing. It is refreshing to receive such excellent service when at times it seems we are now living in a third world country. This is the only place you need to go for apple service. The mirror opposite of Verizon in general and the Biddeford Verizon store in particular. I wish I could give them more stars.

Outstanding customer service! I took my phone in thinking that I needed a new charging port only to have them tell me it just needed to be cleaned! I asked them how much I owed them and the said not a dime!
They could have charged me for a new port and I never would have known the difference! Very honest bunch that I highly recommend! Thank you for fixing my phone!

Went into today to have the back of my phone completely replaced as it was severely shattered. That was fixed & I noticed some lines on the led screen that wasn’t there prior and he replaced that without a problem! Overall I am extremely happy with my service and I HIGHLY recommend!! Excellent experience here. They fixed my iPhone screen in about 10 minutes, did a great job and the cost can't be beat. No appointment necessary. Service was very friendly and personal--I brought a book but ended up putting it away and chatting with the owner while I waited. I'd recommend this place to anyone! Oh, they also have a little play area if you need to bring your kid, which I thought was a nice touch.

Went to this store back in June after jumping in my pool with my iphone X in my pocket. My phone came back on after incident, so I thought it was fine. Well, it wasn't, it had died completely and wouldn't come back on the next day. I took it to iStore Phone Repair in Scarborough, and within 10 minutes of my arrival my phone was looked at, and the owner, Danny came out and explained what was wrong and how he thought he could fix it. He said he would replace the front board and it should work. He went back and replaced it and was back out in 5 minutes with my phone that was back working perfectly !!! The price was ridiculously reasonable and while I waited for only 15 minutes I enjoyed great blues music that was playing on the computer in the shop. I had a cup of complimentary coffee and also a small water. The store is set up with cool displays and even a place for kids to play while their parents wait. This is a great shop with great service. I hope I don't have phone issues again, but if I do, I know where I will take my phone immediately.

If I have to pay someone to fix my damaged device, I will certainly always bring my business here. Beyond the Apple Certification and excellent tech work, Danny and his staff always provide exceptional customer service!

Quick friendly service. Fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes after walk in. Both front and back were severely damaged. Cannot believe they got this done for nearly the same price to replace my existing phone with an unlocked used version. So happy. Our entire family has used their service. Highly recommended. Puts our carrierr service to shame.

My Android phone was not charging. The charging port was very sensitive and swapping with different charging cables did not fix it. I tried cleaning it on my own with no luck. I brought it in to Danny at iStore Phone Repair and he fixed it in the matter of minutes! He said there was dirt in the charging port. He also cleaned it for free! I am so happy -- this saved me the cost of buying a new phone, at least $1,000+ today. He told me to bring it once a month to have it cleaned and to use new charging cables that match the brand of the phone, not knock-off chargers. Thank you for your service, Danny! I am sure I will be back and recommending him to others.

I must say, I've now been to this store twice (SoPo and Scarborough) and have been floored by the customer service experience. They are super nice and accommodating and helpful with explanations. Today they cleaned out the lightning port on my iPhone X free of charge. It's not a long process, but it still took bench time to look at the phone etc. I find this store significantly better and more informative than Apple itself or certainly any competitors. Highly recommend them for phone repair.
