Definitely recommend Zagg!! (In the mall by the interior Round 1 entrance). Joseph did an amazing job putting a new screen protector on my phone! First try, got it dead center without it touching the edges of my case, and no specs underneath!!! Five stars!!

I’ve had several screen protectors replaced there. Always had good luck there. They are friendly, very well trained and quick. I’ve never had the wrong screen protector installed and never had to come back unless I cracked it and had to have it replaced. I highly recommend. I’ve dealt with Joseph several times and Michael recently and had a very pleasant experience each time.

Service was fast and professional! The screen protectors are put on so well, you can’t even tell they are there. I could never do it myself without bubbles. I like ZAGG products and feel better with the screen protectors on my devices. I’ve never had a broken screen; just replaced the protectors, and even then, very seldom need to replace.

These guys are super quick and since I’m a returning customer super cheap. It’s a no brainer. If you’re stuck having to bring teenage girls to the mall, make your time matter by getting a quick service to your battered IPhone. By the time it took for me to cash out my new screen protector was fitted perfectly and refreshed my iPhone to its original unboxed condition. Cannot recommend these folks enough!

I am constantly breaking my screen protectors, so this place is honestly the best. Their $10 replacements ($50 for the first) are quick and easy, and probably my favorite thing to do at the mall if I’m honest! All the technicians I’ve ever talked to are knowledgeable and obviously very practiced at putting the protectors on, and when I have questions about products they’re honest with me about how they perform. Today my new glass wasn’t adhering well and Michael scrapped it and got out a new one so he was sure it would be perfect. So appreciated!

Love love these guys! We get all of our iPads, iPhones, and Androids done up there as soon as we walk out of the store. Top quality screen protectors and the replacement policy is out of this world! Excellent quality and customer service.

Michael was friendly, helpful and easily explained the process, including if I needed to come in again in the future. I spent maybe 2-3 minutes there total, so it was a very quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

SO worth it! I know 50 bucks is steep for a screen protector but they’re wicket good and last a good while, and when you need to come back for a new one it’s only 12 bucks flat and baby you just can’t beat that❗

I've had Joe install screen protection on my phones since I'm guessing at least since iphone-3 came out. Nobody is more friendly, engaging, conscientious, or can install these things more perfectly than he does. He's humble but totally the best. I cringe at the thought of letting anyone else do it.

Michael was great, took one look at my phone and started heading into his reserve screen protectors without me needing to tell him how old it was. Gave my phone a much needed bath and made sure no bubbles survived. 5stars, will continue to use the mall kiosk again and again!

The ZAGG kiosk at The Maine Mall has always been incredible! The guys that run it are very friendly, professional and accommodating. We trust their product and have always been happy with the our experience. We highly recommend!

Joe is the best. He always sets the protective glass shield perfectly on any device. The ZAGG kiosk is one of the only things that doesn’t annoy me at the mall.

I have been a Zagg Maine mall customer from when they first opened outside the original Apple Store in the Macy’s wing. I was known as the one to come to in the Apple Store to put the old static screen protectors on. I had a system and I was pretty darn good. Then Zagg showed up and once I tried on I never looked back. The product is great and the people are even better. It seems like a simple task but one spot of dust will ruin the whole thing. I have never had an issue. And their replacement program is top notch!

Had a great experience tonight at the Maine Mall getting a ZAGG for my new iPhone 15plus. Joseph was awesome! He also helped me and my wife get protection for our iPhone camera lenses. He was professional, fast, and helpful! Will come back when we have new phones, for sure.

I love getting my screen fixed here. Amazing quality and equally amazing prices! I think I’ve had Joseph twice now and he’s super nice and funny. Got the job done well and quick. I have never had a bad experience with any employees or products. 100% recommend. Wish they were closer to where I live tho :((

Zagg counter at the Maine Mall is excellent. Good people and quick service. I refuse to use my phone without Zagg, they guarantee the product. You only pay $10 if your protection screen is damaged in any way.
