Best BK in Maine! Staff is very friendly and professional, the store always looks clean, and even during late night they excel at keeping their ticket times low without sacrificing food quality.

Personally I prefer Burger King over McDonald's most of the time. IMO Burger King has the best fries of all fast food establishments. The burgers also taste like they came off a real grill. I also experienced amazing customer service here, as well!

Best meal I've had in a long time! Rodeo burger with cheese and extra bbq sauce was so delicious! The bbq sauce was slightly spicy but not too much. Onion rings on the sandwich was just right! Fries were hot and crispy....very good! Will b getting another one in the future!

Ther was a cute chicken at the counter tonight she was awesome I would have love to have gotten her number she has fun energy and yes service was great it clean awesome place but yes I am think about the girl I. All black and pink hair .

Very nice, hardworking employees who still created a relaxing and uplifting environment. Sheldon specifically made sure I got fresh fries for waiting so long. Everything was hot and delicious! -Guy who liked the anime shirt/tatts and couldn't help but chuckle

I'm grateful to not have to cook for myself or go hungry when I get out of work late. God bless them.

Edit: Their night crew is the bomb, and a bunch of hard working individuals. Treat them right please, maybe toss a little something their way.

This Burger King has the nicest morning crew ever!! Every time I go in they always have a smile on their face and will do anything to make you happy, they memorize my order and are just awesome people. Also the food is good and the orders are never messed up

The guy at the register was very polite and courteous. He was quick and professional.

Sometimes it's slow and you feel like getting out of the drive-thru line but this is by far one of the best around. Everyone knows drive-throughs and it's the most frustrating thing when you order your food and you don't get what you paid for. Maybe it's not made right. Either way it is great customer service! I don't usually eat fast food but when I do I'll drive across town just to go to this place the food is always fresh always made right. Nobody likes a stale fry!

I never go to fast food, we stopped in quick. This young man Sunday afternoon had the store under control! He kindly gave all that entered without a mask, a mask! He cleaned every table in between orders! He even had to make someone move as they couldn’t follow the very easy and visible table rules! As a health care worker and strict masker I appreciated his work!! And he did all of this respectfully but competently. This was better as far as covid rules and cleanliness than many sit down restaurants we have visited!

Ask for Coconut Chris in the drive thru. My daughter and I have never laughed so hard and had such a great time in a fast food drive thru. Thank you for making our night!

Can't beat a 1 dollar bacon cheese burger! In and out pretty quick. I stayed in the car, but my wife went in and didn't swear when she came out..so that equaled a nice ride back to the hotel to eat....NICE!

The Burger King in south Portland by the mall have been consistent as far as speed of service is too notch. The employees are polite and courteous.

I love this Store, always got my gift cards there and the food is always fresh. The customer service is great, and one of the employees came up with a great idea, they ran out of gift Card holders and she tried a small fry bag perfect fit and loved it!!!

I don’t usually go to this BK but while in line, a homeless man asked me for money which I didn’t have, only a card. He had a handful of change and threw it at me... I was pretty upset and shaken by the whole situation. The woman at the window was so incredibly sweet! Apologized for something completely out of her control and asked me if I was ok. I will be going back there just because of her kindness.

A great remodel! Top notch and totally unexpected for a Burger King. High seating, low seating, a comfy place to catch up on the news while watching their big screen tv. This was the first place I saw a Freestyle soda machine, and they have even upgraded to a newer model. I enjoy this location.

Its was quick, good, and nice employees ive seen a lot of people not like burger king but its actually good I prefer Wendy's overall but this is a great 2nd choice for me

A fantastic Burger King, I frequent this restaurant often for lunch, and, despite it's location on a busy road, they always get my order made quickly (and correctly!)
