Was wonderful shopping trip. My mom and I had a girls shopping weekend! All associates were so kind and very helpful!

I love this place. I use to think this place was really expensive, but they're always having deals there that make it cheaper than anywhere else. Especially on jewelery! I was shocked! Plus the staff there are extremely helpful, friendly & energetic! Thanks, Macy's crew!

Went here two days before my wedding to look for earrings! Absolutely fell in love with a pair (apparently I have expensive taste). Margaret helped to make sure I could get the earrings of my dreams for my special day. So grateful and happy with my experience!!

One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had

I walked in to Macy's wanting to build a whole new business casual wardrobe. I think I have good taste in what looks good but I'm in no way comfortable finding clothes that will fit right and putting things together. I grabbed a couple pants and a couple shirts to try on and then went to see if someone could help me get measurements for some more formal shirts when I was introduced to Danielle. After explaining to her what I was looking for, I ended up getting service I did not expect from a mall clothing store like Macy's. Danielle was amazing! She helped me nail down the right sizes from pants to shirts and then I literally spent a couple hours in the dressing room while Danielle brought me items that were exactly the colors and styles I like and even some challenges I wouldn't have picked but turned out to be some of my favorite looks. I now have an entirely sharp and fresh wardrobe for my new job and I cannot be happier. Macy's, you have a winner with Danielle! Her above & beyond customer service working like my own personal stylist is why I will come back there for anything I may want to add to my wardrobe.

Was looking for some cologne and these two wonderful women helped me with purchasing a box set.

So today I wandered into the Maine mall Macy’s. I was in desperate need of some new make up and lucky me. I ran into the nicest person named Luke at the Clinique counter. Luke help me find moisturizer foundation and mascara and new lipstick and a bunch of others makeup items. I left, feeling like 1 million bucks. I cannot wait to come back and see Luke and bring my daughter for some new makeup.

Amazing customer service, i needed to do a return and they did it in seconds. After which the employee led me to the section for the brand I wanted, so I could figure out my size and rebuy it

Our cashier was the sweetest. Went above and beyond and covered the dress I bought for my daughter's wedding. Obviously retired, its refreshing to encounter customer service with common sense, critical thinking and patience !!! Pay her more. She's a gem.

I am so glad that still exists a Macy's in that location. Merchandise selection was great, and it was very close from our hotel (we actually walked to get there).

My wife's favorite place on earth. She'd move here if they allowed. Please, for the love of God, please stop raising her credit limit. Customer service is always good, her returns are never an issue.
