Bueno nadie es perfecto, siempre habrá críticas y son buenas para mejorar el servicio,la empresa es buena y su personal hace todo posible por ser mejor en el mercado y estoy seguro que ellos le darán respuestas a sus problemas,bueno yo trabajo en un restaurante en novato y el servicio en esta ciudad es bueno,esa es mi opinión,no se las demás.

Absolutely the worst company I have worked with. When we started service with them, they ended up charging me much more than we had agreed on, claiming that I had misunderstood the agreement. When they said they couldn’t change it and that we were under a 5 year contract, we just stuck with it, but after that, they would add on charges every few weeks and give random excuses like they were giving us “more than we were paying for,” so they had to raise their prices. It was a different excuse every time. We finally sold our restaurant in August, and we have been trying to close our account since then, but the managers keep giving us different steps we need to take and I’ve been waiting or the territory manager to get back to me and finalize everything, and he claims that he’s been contacting me but I haven’t received a single call or email. We are still being charged, and not only have they not given us the refund for the weeks of charges we didn’t get serviced, they still have us setup in automatic payments and said that only the territory manager can stop that, which obviously hasn’t happened yet. Seriously absolutely the worst service.

How is this company still in business? I was promised a manager will call back. They would call back when I am busy ( once) and I have not gotten a hold of them since. Poor service. Some weeks I don’t even get coats. They would try to remedy by giving me coats that are 4 sizes larger. They would increase their price every few weeks for no reason. I am now wanting to end my service and they are continuing to play games with me. I am not going to stop giving them bad reviews and will get legal services until they stop hurting others.

If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. Paying for a service and we get a quarter of what we paid for, missing uniforms, lost uniforms, another company’s uniforms, zero communication except from the finance department who actually answer their phones unlike the area manager, driver et Al. When finally we get ahold of the manager nothing but attitude and “we cannot find your uniforms” and we are still charged. Final nail in the coffin was today when the manager told my husband that his small business didn’t matter and to basically eff off. Way to support small businesses, we all start from somewhere. Reviewed on yelp and the owner left a comment, with no way to contact her directly just the generic Aramark phone number which we have escalated complaints on multiple occasions, getting absolutely nowhere. You know it’s bad when the finance department is also PO’d on your behalf. Zero stars. Absolutely zero.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Overcharged every month for a year. Rep kept saying he is not doing billing but is working on it, then stopped returning my calls. When I finally cancelled I had to send a certified letter. Keep in mind they stopped servicing our location MONTHS ago and they were still billing. They replied to the letter by saying it would b $3k plus they would keep billing me till they heard back.

Totally irresponsible company. Services are good. But you don’t know when they are going to make you fool. Some day wyom will have a big event and if you rely on Aramark for the services you never know they will disappear. And then you will not have even a option for calling Aramark or what to do?

In the last 6 month quality of their service went from good to horrible
I have a small repair shop and we get uniforms from Aramark weekly on Mondays. Today is thursday delivery hadn't been made yet and I am being fed all kinds of excuses why we aren't getting uniforms. If this was the first time I'd understand, but having uniforms not delivered or only partially delivered seems to become the pattern lately.

The service has gone from bad to worse. Before they would miss delivery once a month, this month they either shorted uniforms or didn’t deliver anything three weeks out of four

We've used this towel service for our dog grooming salon for years. I don't know why we honestly still do. Every week we get towels with crusted paint stains and giant holes in them. And at least one shipment a month doesn't have nearly the amount of towels we pay for. This week was the final straw; the shipment of towel bundles were WET, STINKY (smelled like mold/mildew) as if they hadn't been dried for more than 5 minutes. What the hell. The driver is nice but whoever is "washing and drying" the towels and keeping quality control needs to be fired. Such a joke.

Been doing business with them for probably well over 30 years and instead of taking care of good loyal customers along the way they continue to raise prices at a ridiculous rate until you want out of the contract then oh let us give you free shirts and free jackets and drop the price in half. Sorry too late there thieves. Once I'm outni will never go back. Beware.

We’re using services 15 years now 2 months they are doing so bad service or no service if call them they say my manager called back ! No body call back
