I live a short drive away from this store. Yes, there can be some flaky folks hanging around outside at times, (homeless folks and panhandlers) but what downtown store doesn't these days? I am able to find what I want easily enough. The store is clean and rarely crowded. The prices are GREAT and the discounts substantial. The staff is very friendly, to me anyways. I have found the quality of products to be on par with the big stores. Parking is never a problem. I will continue to shop here. I hope they do not close due to the impending BART/Google fiasco. A special thanks to Sam, the friendly cashier! She is a rock star! Just ignore the folks hanging out in the front. Shop and save!

The service at Grocery Outlet is unparalleled. The employees are not only friendly but also knowledgeable about their products. Loved this place. Its not that spacious like another store i have been but i loved the customer service here. All of the employees are helpful. The fruits are fresh and seems healthy. Thank you guys for great service. You guys deserve 5 star.

Grab what you want while you can, some items move fast and don’t come back!

This is the outlet store and my high rating is based on this. You can buy fruits and vegetables for pretty low prices, also watch the deals - it could be very profitable. Some goods can be available one day and disappear another day. There are people asking for a change outside, just be aware.

It's an amazing place to shop especially if you're a very budget oriented person. They sell many items cheaper compared to other grocery stores such as Walmart and Safeway. While they do not offer wide variety of items like Walmart do, they have all essential everyday items you'd need.

The only downside I observed was that they typically have long queues. Expect to wait for about 10 minutes when they are busy.

This is a chill place. The cashiers were pleasant and the vibe was calm. The prices were amazing compared to the prices we were paying at the convenience store next to us. Overall store selection was pretty nice. We went here around noonish, wasn’t too busy.

This Grocery Outlet is in a great location. Right off of Santa Clara St. where all the buses and businesses come together.
The store itself is clean and organized and they always have excellent deals on different items weekly. Good prices, good location and friendly customer service. Thumbs up for a great experience!

Out of the 4 Grocery Outlet stores in my vacinity, this is my favorite. Very consistant products. But i suggest buying those "i cant believe the price!" Items when you discover them because they will be sold faster than you can get back to buy them!
I cant say enough nice things about the staff. They smile, give help if needed, and everyone of them seem happy. Pleasant place to shop.

I live right on the Santa Clara street and somehow never went there. Fortunately, needed something urgently and got it from there. Also surprised with options they have with very economical pricing. I don't think in terms of price any other store can beat grocery outlet. Few of the things they have, I couldn't find in Trader Joe's or whole food. However for some of the things they have very limited options. But over all liked it. You may want to try it out.

Grocery outlet. There is about 30 people who visit the store within a week. Not to speak about the month. Grocery outlet is truly rewarding and it's a awesome. The clerks are courteous. The manager is awesome also. GO grocery outlet.
