I have been eager to check this place out ever since I moved into the area a few years back. I arrived during their hours of operation, followed the posted instructions about what to do if the door is locked during business hours and patiently waited for 5-10 minutes. When someone finally came to the door I was told, very rudely, that the store is closed because the employee was eating lunch. I'm not the type to post negative reviews often but this person was extremely curt, aggressive, and was acting like I had offended them by simply wanting to patron their business. I get it - everyone needs to eat, and everyone has their off days. Just be nice. I will not be returning and urge others to check out other local thrifts with kinder employees
