SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had an amazing experience there, sadly I was too stressed out to remember her name, and I misplaced my receipt to leave feedback. I think her name was Brandi, she went above and beyond to help me look my best for my son's wedding, she recommended products that worked perfect for my sensitive skin, she truly listened to my concerns and provided the best guidance how to use the products, thank you for saving the day!!!

I’m really surprised to see the bad reviews here, maybe I got lucky? I went in a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. There’s nothing I hate more than being badgered when I’m trying to browse and the woman working acknowledged me when I walked in but let me be. I couldn’t find what I needed so I asked and we had great conversation about the products I was searching for and she helped me match my shade and answered any questions I had. She recommended some things but it didn’t feel pushy or salesy at all. I really wish I had caught her name. All around great experience!

Thank you Damia (I hope I spelled your name right, I’m sorry!) I’ve been to so many hair stylists to help me with my frizzy hair. I asked her and she recommended two products that instantly helped me. Very knowledgeable and so nice!

I went to purchase a foundation, my skin tone is difficult, the young lady was very helpful and actually gave me a sample of a Too Faced foundation, took it home and tried it for a few days, it was a perfect match, I've been to Sephora at Mohegan Sun and was not impressed with the customer service, so far I have had nothing but good experiences at Sephora at Kohl's in Groton Connecticut, thank you very much, keep up the great work

I'm really not one to write reviews, but I had to take the time to write this one. When this Sephora opened up I was SOOO happy, basically came once a week, loved the convince. Otherwise would have to drive all the way to Mohegan Sun. But these past few months I almost am scared and have anxiety walking into this store. Im pretty sure she's the manager, Mieka I think is her name (a blonde older lady). She is beyond rude and condescending. I will be shopping as usual and on multiple different occasions I notice her glaring at me or walking past and making sly comments. Once I waited in line to pay for almost 5 minutes, while she strolled around the store and didn't come over to help. Listen, im not one to take stuff like this personally, but she is just such a bad vibe. Otherwise I love everyone else that works there!! There's this one girl with long black hair and bangs (I always forget her name) who is beyond nice and helpful! I really dont want to give the store a bad review, but I can't stand that one lady.

The employees working at 4:30pm on 1/8/23 (Groton CT) are disgraceful. Not only did they exemplify their laziness and ineptitude they also displayed actions which speak directly to their character. Jesting and mocking customers after they refused to help in any way.

The Kohl's employees who they (Sephora's employees) shamlessly delegated their work to were amazing and I can't thank them enough.

There's not much you can do as a consumer in these situations except leave reviews so I guess this is the only recourse I have.

Went to get matched for foundation and the lady used her finger and the original makeup applicator from the tester directly on my face. Not hygienic at all! She was suppose to use the disposable applicators. Just take the drive to Sephora in Mohegan Sun.

Only go here when I know EXACTLY what I want. Terrible sales representations (cashiers only really). Managers please take time to train your employees!! QVC is impersonable but less expensive AND more satisfying!
