The smallest Hobbytown I’ve ever been in but had exactly what I wanted. Amazing selection of Tamiya paints, and the guy behind the counter was cordial. There were also some interesting board and card games I hadn’t seen before, that was cool.

I just overall like the service courteousness and I usually always have what I need just went and bought a pull starter from today for my Revo and they recognize me they know what kind fuel and percentage i use .overall the kind of service of people I like easy to talk to easy to get along with HobbyTown is a great place.

Went to this store for the first time the other day, Ill likely be going a lot in the future! They have a great line of products, A great range of paints, including the full line of Tamaya and Vallejo, plenty of scale models to choose from and a good range of Diorama supplies. They have just about everything you need it seems.

Great selection of scratch building supplies and paints. Friendly staff. A refreshing find as we have no hobby shops that cater to the model builders in Reno any more.

Awesome little shop! Very well stocked and the customer service is great. Russell at the front counter is very informational and he even offered to help me learn how to solder! I highly recommend this place for all your hobby needs! 😎👍🏼

Very nice place. It's much smaller than the photos suggest, but very well stocked up. I used to drive out to Fresno to visit HobbyTown, I'm so glad they brought one to Modesto. 👍🏻

Went here with my wife on Dec. 16th around 6:30 pm. Asked a lot of questions about a rc truck for one of our kids who is 9. They answered all of my questions and was very happy with our purchase. Will definitely be coming back. Happy to see a hobby shop in the area.

Good service and friendly. Good selection of hobbies and model paint. Model kits, rc equipment and hobby trains all have lots of options.

I Called for antenna for my drone. Didn’t have it no problem but I was curious about a rc car I had 100questions(newbie) Lol best customer service I could asked.took a nice 20min drive walked out happy like a kid with my new rc Toy.dont really write reviews but this fellas deserve it.

Small store but they have a lot of parts for brands such as Traxxas, helion, common sense rc, horizon, etc. And they have rubber band guns, rc planes and cars, trains, gundam models (robots or mechs), Lego's, kites, etc. Just an all around amazing hobby shop for its size and great for kids and adult alike.

First time in…. Was given excellent service. Had two rc cars repaired in under an hour. Great customer service and prices!

Hidden Gem
Surprisingly varied assortment of hobby supplies, including model Gundams, board games, and toys in addition to the usual suspects. I expect to be frequenting this great little shop often.

One word... GUNDAM!
Also, a wide variety of the supplies you need for model kits, drones, trains, misc hobby stuff. Would recommend to any one from the novice to professional. Plus, they're happy to answer all your questions.

Lots of model kits! Also great selection of rc cars and trains! Everything I needed was in stock!

Super helpful even though it was the train experts day off. Definitely going back for most of my needs there.
