Fleet Feet Modesto

Pitman High School set up a night to go to Fleet Feet in Modesto where our track and field could get new shoes at a great price. The staff was wonderful. My son found two great pairs of shoes that fit right and won't hurt his feet. He has a new pair for throwing and a new pair for everyday.

I recommend any and everyone to come to this store and get properly fitted for shoes. I run a lot and would purchase shoes I thought were good enough. The scanning process of my feet was super quick and the associate brought out a few pairs for me to try on. She also recommended inserts which felt really good wearing. I feel like I run faster and longer in my new shoes. Pricey but worth it.

The staff is exceptional with their customer service. I was helped in a timely and respectful manner. I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing my opinions on what I’m looking for in a product. The pairs of shoes that were selected for me (based on my preferences and the shoe ID scan) all met my needs and fit great. I ended up leaving with the first pair I tried on. I highly recommend Fleet Feet to better understand your feet shape and what tech your body specifically works well with.

Terrell helped us first. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The next day we went back and Donovan helped my wife get a pair of shoes for herself. He was very accommodating and customer oriented.

I came to Fleet Feet from a podiatrist request. The walking/running shoes they sell and the arch supports are well worth the money! The shoes I put on my feet not only ease the foot pain, they relieve the hip and back pain as well.
The people who work there are honest and listen to what you have to say. I won't go to another shoe store.

Alice was extremely pleasant and helpful. She scanned my feet and helped find the perfect shoe in the right size.

I walked in and was helped right away. I had my feet scanned and was talked to about my results. Although I do not remember her name. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and brought out a great selection of shoes. Her customer service was outstanding and she was really nice and approachable.

Went to Fleet Feet today for a new pair of comfortable work shoes. Donovan was fantastic and informative, brought me several options that were all great. The other staff member there was treating her customers the same way. Spent a lot of time explaining the numbers after scanning my feet. Best all around service I've ever had looking for shoes!

I walked in, had personalized assistance with my foot analysis and their expertise on what shoes work best for my feet based on prior injuries, my abilities, and goals. Well worth my time and every associate went above and beyond! This is my now ‘go to’!

Employees very helpful when you want to get fitted and a certain shoe.

I was having foot pain after relatively short walks in my old shoes. I almost bought inserts blindly on the internet. I decided to come to Fleet Feet first and I’m glad I did. They provided a foot scan that showed them exactly what they needed to know. They brought out two pairs of shoes and one set of inserts. The shoes were incredibly supportive and comfortable. I’ve been using them for months and I don’t have any foot pain any more. Excellent service, friendly staff.

Update after giving a good try. Shoes are comfy as long as you buy the your size, unfortunately he measured my feet and I ended up buying g a smaller size,. My calfskin and feet hurt

Received prompt, courteous, patient and excellent service. Sales person took alot of time finding just the right shoe for me and I, as an elderly person, appreciated his patience and kindness.

I went to buy a new pair of running shoes. I was helped by Donovan, and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Did I mention patient? They offered a free evaluation to determine my size as well as to see if I had any foot issues. After that process was complete, Donovan brought out multiple options and patiently and kindly helped put shoes on and off for me to test. He considered my feedback and supplied options depending on my concerns. In the end, I ended up with shoes that felt good on my feet and were just what I needed. I am willing to pay for good shoes, because I know what a positive impact having supportive shoes has on not just my feet but my knees, hips, and spine.

The store was clean and orderly, the staff friendly and helpful. They don’t rush you, but they are efficient.

I needed new shoes for work and I walked in not knowing exactly what I needed but a very knowledgeable employee named Donovan helped me pick out some great shoes. I would highly recommend this store and ask for Donovan if he's here.
