AT&T Store

Went to upgrade my phone, Daniel helped me and my family. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond for us, and also helped and guided us through what was best for our equipment. Bilingual, attentive and respectful! Definitely will be coming back.

I’ve always had a good experience at this corporate AT&T location. A big thank you to Marilyn. She is the best! Extremely knowledgeable to handle the most complicated phone account issues. Very professional, positive and patient. I left the store confident that everything was handled correctly.

I have conducted business with this store for years! Always leave extremely satisfied. I went today to exchange my phone and Ariella Roque took care of me. Ariella is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant and respectful. I give 5 stars because there are no more stars to give! Way to go Ariella keep doing excellent job!

I would like to commend Jevon Fernandez for his professionalism and patience. My friend and I had a couple complicated problems and he took the time to patiently walk thru the options and features. He is the epitome of outstanding customer service. He combines managerial and knowledge with the soft skills of an experienced customer service representative. I visited AT&T at Greenwald in Kissimmee because I had purchased a phone from door to door offer. I went to the store because I was lost in terms of my payments plus a lot more information that I was never informed. Ms Marilyn Velazquez explained everything to me very well. I will never go to any other location but to the one mentioned.

Stephanie was great! She helped us about some extra charges on our last bill. Not only that, but her coworkers were all friendly.

I have been with AT&T with my cell phone for many years, to date they have been nothing but the best, weather on the phone or in person at the store, they have always stride to resolve what ever issue I may have. Recently I joined the Internet Service with AT&T and have had the pleasure to engage with Stephanie, Ariela and Marilyn over the phone and in person and as to be expected they have treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and kindness in our dealing. Marilyn at the AT&T store in Brandon FL was outstanding. As soon as we walked in she greeted us kindly. When we told her we had no service she knew exactly what was happening and she sprung to action. She helped us and put our minds at ease. She told us what we needed to do. She restored our services and gave us all the information to contact the fraud department. Marilyn was wonderful. Thank you Marilyn for all that you did for us.

The store at the Loop in Kissimmee won the price in my heart of Superior customer service. Kaylee and Daniela were awesome. I am a new customer to AT&T and my first experience was not good at all. From the get go I went to a Authorized Dealer to get 5 lines and port my 5 numbers and we had only 3 done ND from that point on it was a disaster...... After at least 5 different visits to this particular store we went to your Loop location and Daniela received us with a smile and started fixing out problems. Then Kaylee came and fixed the rest of the issues with my line getting port it. They spent over 5 hours calling different departments till the porting issue was fixed (took over 2 weeks to get fix due to mistakes made at the other location). Kaylle never gave up and even had to put her lunch iside to get all this mess solved. I really want to embrace the amazing customer service they provided us because I was ready to cancel everything but that never gave up. We need more team members like this in genel. I am a retail manager of a top 3 companies of auto parts in our country and let me tell you. We need more people like them. Thank you Daniela and Kaylee for all you have done you have a customer for life.....

Great customer service! Store Manager William and Onadel were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. They were able to find the plan that was convenient for me based on my needs. I went looking for a family plan and came out with the family plan plus TV services for a great price. I will always recommend this store. Thank you so much guys!!!

They helped me out alot. Been there since they opened and things wasn't going right with 3 Apple watches but they discounted my bill and gave me a free iphone 13 Pro Max case and refunded some money to me. I gotta say they make it happen if your there for awhile and things aren't going right.

I had such an awesome service from Raquel at this store. She was patient, friendly, thorough and determined to solve my issue. Hands down one of my best customer service experiences ever at any AT&T store.

I'm so HAPPY the service and the products!!! Chelo was patient, helpful, and very clear communicator as to what to expect! I bought the 1G fiber internet package and got my desired appointment day/time. Chelo went above and beyond!! He really cares about his customers and AT&T quality of products. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Today I had the most friendly customer service experience with Pablo in this particular AT&T Corporate Store. Pablo gave us a warm welcome as we came in, and finished with us making sure that we had no other questions or issues before going to help the next customer. The reason for our visit was to finish our 6 lines transfer that we started on line but, by choice, we decided to go finish in person because we had to program 4 of our devices with AT&T, and Pablo was happy to assist us. I must say that earlier, we went to AT&T located on the corner of John Young Pwy & 192 in Kissimmee FL, and they were not willing to help at all. Now you know that not all the AT&T Corporate Stores are the same. Look for one that is customer service oriented such as like 3297 Greenwald Way, Kissimmee, FL 34741 where Pablo works, and make that your store; that is ours.

Customer rep was very helpful and professional. She was explaining all my questions nicely. I would recommend this corporate store all my friends.
