Bryan was awesome!!!
He went above and beyond when I was looking for Cat in the Hat plushie as you know I am a teacher well next week is literacy week!
And the theme is “Cat in the Hat”
I asked him if he knew if there was any.. more cat in the hat plushies because I noticed there wasn’t by register he decided to check in the back in case there were any in the back and he was able to find one! Thank GOD I APPRECIATE HIM using great customer service skills. And going above and beyond!

Huge store and covers such a wide range of clothing and home goods. Varied prices and discounts also available. Ample parking and space. Will need a good amount of time to go through and not miss anything.

Margaret is a fabulous sales associate at the Loop Kohls! She encouraged me to download the Kohls app to access my coupon, updated my address and helped me to access my account without my card. She is so friendly, professional, efficient and patient with the customers. Even though I could use self check out, if she is working, I go to her check out station. Excellent customer service every time! Love the Kohl’s model of providing a large variety of clothing choices at GREAT PRICES!!!

I was killing time untill dentist appointment. I was greeted with a smile as the lady with brown hair, yellow shirt and brown pants. I thanked her for a cart to use. I had gone to J C. Penny's but they don't open until 11am. So, Kohl's got my money. I was shopping for boys clothes, but always looking for bargain for the grandkids. There bathrooms were clean and stocked. There is a men's, women's and family. So, many Christmas stuff on sale it was hard to stay away from this. I did find a shirt and some Christmas ornaments for them. Have to send early since, Spectrum said that parcels should be in the mail by Nov right after Thanksgiving. So, don't wait. I was 10th in line with 4 registers open, and waited 10 mins. Not bad! I was called over by Carmen and she wrapped each Christmas ornaments separately. This was awesome, thinking of others is a plus in my book. She and I looked for a coupon on my email and that was awesome too! I had a special experience today at Kohl's. Thank you! Wish we had one closer to my hometown, will have to come back when I go to the dentist again,.

So far my only visit to this store was for Amazon return or pick up order which was bought online. But turns out they have a lot of good clothing, accessories, goods and items and a lot of deals and discounts. Check out some clearance as well. Do not forget the kids section

I love this store. It is very clean, good products, but they sent me online the wrong shoes material which I was very specific on it. Other than that, it is a wonderful store.

The store was pretty typical like all other Kohls. It was clean and organized. It was not the store's fault, but we didn't like having to pay tolls to go here. It was just over $2 each way from our hotel. Just an FYI for tourists visiting Disney and wanting to go here.

Kohls' experience as a whole is amazing! Easy to buy online, fast shipping, great refund policy! I always earn cash back and rewards points to get my favorite items under the price! When at the store, I always get the best customer service skills by employees. Also, the store is very clean and the merchandise is always organized. 10/10

I had Maggie who was very professional ....i was on the phone asking about a product and she went to look for the shirt...so great customer setvices...shes a hard worker..i went there later to get the shirt she had hold for me.great ! Shes great!!! By the way she looks like Brooke shields wow ! Lol

The last two times I have visited this store, I have felt a little uncomfortable with the Lady who is near the dressing room, when I go in to try on, she waits for me at the door, only to tell me not to leave clothes lying around and not to leave hangers, It's very uncomfortable, she does it with everyone and it's like harassment. Please, we need to feel calm and free when entering the locker room, until I was embarrassed to enter twice, because I would have to see his face at my door again. Her name is Jane.
