McDonald's

Even though they are remodelling inside the store I have to say that Mimi made our night. We wanted a midnight dinner and we went through the drive thru and my puppy and us had the best experience because of Mimi. She even got him a puppuccino that he loved so much because he didn’t have that in awhile. Being nice is free and can absolutely change someone day by being kind. That’s what Mimi did for us this morning

Me and my sister come here at least 3 days a week for after school after work for treats for the kids. We're always accommodated and we receive great customer service. When we go to the drive-thru they know exactly who we are we're regulars there and they treat us like family definitely the late night staff that's when we come the most.

Christopher is a great manager. Was having some trouble with McDonald's app deals, and Chris was kind enough to walk me through the best ways to save money with their deals. Greatest experience I've had in a McDonald's for a while.

They have excellent coffee and steak and cheese bagels (something they don’t offer in NC where I live.) But most importantly, I was greeted by the most kind and friendly staff. Thank you for your service.

No photos. The wait was crazy in the drive thru. Once I entered, it was very busy with customer servicing in progress. Watching the employees in motion with a concern for neatness. So, we waited about three or four minutes for someone to notice us at the counter. Our oder was placed, and we sat down. Our food was brought to us with a smile. The food was blessed as we always do everywhere we go. Awesome cheeseburgers 🍔 👏 and 🍟 fries. The drink was very good too. I got my coffee ☕ and it was superb. Yes, after 10 pm, the freshest of coffee. Great service by the gentleman at the front. No employee bashing. No employee screaming. No employee shouting. I was taken by surprise. It's too bad that I'm not planning on returning. We're two hours away. Thank you for the service and food, and coffee.

worse part about their service is that they tell us to wait at a parking spot with a number on it. This is the only mc Donald’s in Kissimmee that does this alot in my opinion.

Great place to eat. Very fast service. The line went down very fast. The food was hot, and my the ice in my drink was not melted. Very great costumer service over all. Would recommend to others.

The food was very fresh and hot. Upon entering and beginning to place our order the cashier replied you must order at kiosk🤔 I have never ordered at the machine. I am thankful a worker came and assisted with our order. She was very helpful.

Was very happy with the service a nice young man that worked here even took time to make sure we were happy with everything cuz he noticed us staring and waiting on something. He actually cares about his job.

This guy walked by and bumped into our chairs moving them and the lady cleaning got mad at him for us and fixed our chairs then my fiancé had to take back the sandwich to get a new one and there was no attitude no hassle, the manager made sure the next sandwich was good for us. And then we ordered more fries when the lady brought the fries she was so kind to take our trash out the way for us. Literally Ive never seen such good customer service from a McDonald’s before

Perfect. They delivered my order to my table as requested. When ordered in the mobile app. The order was exactly right and on time. I appreciate the accuracy and the speed to deliver to my table. Great staff!

Got to Mcdonald at 11:30 PM and got greeted by Classy!!! What an amazing person! Had a big smile on! Asked her for fresh fries and she was great about it !!! Great woman keep it up girl !!!

So today I ordered a 4b, spicy chicken sandwich combo. What I received was the correct bun, pickles, and sauce. It was even in one of those little bags that say chicken on it. However instead of a chicken patty it was a burger patty. How did it taste? Exactly like a Big Mac, except spicy. How can I order this all the time? Can we get this on the menu?

The burger was honestly the freshest burger I've had from any fast food join ever. I have no idea why this place isnt a 5 all around. They had a huge line and served us and everyone else extremely quickly. In fact the wait times were exactly the same as other McDonald's with zero line. The difference is unlike those McDonalds the bread wasn't stale. Amazing job overall guys thanks for the great service. Not to mention the great customer service as well.

Customer service the best this restaurant I think is too good it's just too good I give this five stars guys keep up the good work keep up the great work

This is one of the few fast food restaurants I've been to in a long time that cared as much for customers in the building as the do for drive-through.

We were getting a bite before going to the hospital, and we asked about a biscuit. It was after 11am and we were told they had stopped breakfast foods for the day.

When a manager found out what our request was for my mother in ICU, he caughtus at our car and offered to bake one for us.

That is service and compassion not known in chain fast food restaurants. I can't thank them enough.

They have the best $1 menu for sure. My husband and I and all of my friends totally agree that McDonald's has the best fries compared to every other fast food place. I love there chicken sandwich. They have great ice cream dipped in chocolate that is so awesome and mouthwatering, you have to try it 😋😋

This specific McDonald was very clean, and the bathroom is kept clean also unlike other places I've been. The wait in line wasn't long as usual, and the staff was very understanding with my order. They help my kids with their orders that made me very happy. Whenever I am around this area, I always busy this specific Mcdonald because it made me feel at home. Keep up the good work!
