Ace Solves It All

Had a surprise leak in my garage. Ace sent out someone the same day to assess the situation. After finding a slab leak, Ace sent Seth and his team to the house first thing the next morning. Seth found the leak doing as little damage as possible to the slab and repaired it all in one day. Site was left even cleaner than it was before. Very satisfied and will definitely use this company again!

Kevin was prompt, courteous and thorough in his completion of an emergency plumbing repair we had done. When our water shutoff had deteriorated and sprung a leak Ace sent Kevin right out. Well equipped and knowledgeable, Kevin was ready for the task at hand and fixed our issue.

Juan the technician, did an amazing job he is, very professional, polite and very customer service oriented. He clean up after himself too. I am highly satisfied with the installation. I also want to mentioned that I called around 2 or 3pm today and work was completed by 730pm tonight. Awesome! Kudos to all!

I had a 15A breaker tripped and would not reset affecting my kitchen lights not to work. After couple hours of troubleshooting I called ACE. After talking with Jamie what I had already done he was able to put his experience to work and found an underground light post wire shorted within an hour. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

We are a fairly new customer to Ace and are enrolled in the maintenance program. We recently had some upgrade work done by Kevin who we met last fall after calling about a kitchen sink leak. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of work that Kevin provided with this new issue. He went beyond what any other licensed plumber has done in our experience. Moved from Pennsylvania to Poinciana FL and needed a plumber for some issues. New to the area we googled Ace Solves It all. Kevin showed up the same day to give a a quote. Juan and Raul showed up to do the work. Five stars isn’t enough to give Kevin, Juan and Raul!!! Highly Recommend!!!

“Ace Solves it All” is a great company with great staff. I have used there services several times within the past eight years and have been pleased with their service each time.

Had an outside faucet we worked on and and as we took the faucet off part of the piping broke and we could not get a fitting for it. So I called “Ace Solves it All”.

Pretty pricey for no more than forty- five minutes of work. Especially, when he told me he would be here for a while to complete the job. But, it was the holiday weekend and we had not had water for a day, so you are at their mercy for the price of convenience.

Bobby Chinibas was my plumbing technician. He was prompt and came a lot earlier than scheduled (which was a good thing ), professional, friendly and neat.

Hailey was the dispatcher and she was fantastic and informative. Overall, I was very satisfied with the completion of the job. Only the cost astonished me.

Jay at Ace Solves it all. Showed up on time with a great attitude and was able to replace our water heater with same day service. Ace Solves it all happened to have our water heater in stock. Jay took the time needed to fit our new water heater in the place where the old one was installed. We are grateful for his help and service in getting our project completed in a prompt and thorough manner.

Danny, electrician, was professional and did a great job. Dispatch time was great they let me know that my tech was on the way and would be there in an hour. Danny did an amazing job fixing the issue I had with my breaker. Would use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Very happy with the work that Luis did today. He's professional, knowledgeable and polite. Definitely want to have him back.

Hot water heater died. Had to make the decision between an old fashioned water heater and a tankless heater. Bite the bullet and had the tankless installed! Joshua did a fantastic job and explained everything clearly. Of course, they found another issue in my plumbing. But Joshua explained everything to me and I appreciate his knowledge! I would definitely ask for him next time I need a plumber! Nice guy!!!

Emmanuel was professional, did a nice job of explaining what he was doing. I wanted a house surge protector and an additional outside outlet. He gave a good description of the surge protector, what it would do, and how my house is protected. ACE has always sent quite service techs who are thorough, work clean, and answer any and all questions. I highly recommend ACE. They stay in contact with customers from setting up the service call appointment through to the service call completion. This is a company that understands how to do business in 2024.

Kevin and Tom installed a gas line for our new gas stove. We converted from electric to gas and they did a excellent job and were very thorough and professional! They took the time to explain the process to us! Highly recommend them!

As always the team did an excellent job and was able to quickly identify my issue and temporarily resolve it. The larger issue is a replacement unit which I knew was coming anyway and they're going to come out and quote me a great price to get me back up and running for many years to come. Tom & Kevin did an outstanding job. Changed my stove from electric to gas they ran gas line from tanks to stove. Took their time and did it right the first time like they said they would. I highly recommend Ace solves it all. I will forever use their service.

Yuri did a great job letting us know what our options are and the price points. He was very knowledgeable and was very professional and understanding. Services seem a bit pricey, however that is not a reflection of Yuri at all. He was great.

Great company and technician Austin was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when we had questions. I would definitely use them again. They are open 7 days a week which is awesome. Two bathroom exhaust fans installed. Awesome job done by Thomas, Hubert and Christoper. Arrived early morning. Very knowledgeable crew. They explained everything in detail and were done with installation and Clean up just after noon time. Thank you again Ace.

Yuri was fantastic. Very professional and efficient. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. I appreciate any person representing a company who is honest and dedicated to the customer rather than the dollar by telling me exactly what I need to repair rather than spending money on unnecessary repairs. Ace was a great choice. I've tried Mister Sparky and Frank Gay and they've all failed to provide decent service. Ace was quick, courteous and they made me feel like they cared for my business. The dispatcher called me, like they promised, when the technician was on their way. Everything went smoothly Linden was excellent.
