Publix Super Market at Osceola Village

Great store very organized. Associates are pleasant and very helpful. The managers outstanding the deli crew is awesome and knows product very well. Overall great clean store.

Lisa in the sandwich section is the best. She is very kind, nice, respectful, and knowledgeable about the products. Even with a line and people not knowing what they want, she still remains professional and moves pretty quick while still giving quality service. Keep up the excellent work Lisa it's people like you that bring customers like me back to shop there again. Thanks again Lisa.

I love this store. Everybody from every department is just wonderful. They tend to my needs with no hesitation, and always with a smile on their faces and being very curious. And I love those bogos. God bless you all.

Amazing food , the owner was great , came to our table and offered us a free dessert because there was a mix up on the order, because we originally ordered one of their pizzas but there was a HR wait they were so busy the line was out the door so we ordered some thing else but some where in the shuffle our order was forgot, we went up to the Cash and asked about it and they go right on it immediately and bought it to us and apologized, he like that we were ok with it because they were so busy, and told him he is going have to expand again this is crazy how busy you are , he then said that originally they only had 4 tables , wow wow ,

Amazing service. Went here for a Western Union. The woman doing it for me was amazing. I loved Maria's attitude and I wish there were more people out there. I went to 3 other Publix where the managers said they couldn't go in the back for large sums. The 4th Publix did exactly that which tells me how lazy the first three managers were. They didn't know how to do their jobs so they lied and said they can't do that. Thank you Maria for your professional service.

Rochenay at the deli counter made me the greatest sandwich of my life. He put so much care into making it, more care than I see at most restaurants. Hands down the best service I’ve received from a grocery store deli.

As always, the store was very well organized and very clean. Good 👍 food and drinks were available.
Handicap ♿ parking is available and ♿ restrooms are available.
Quick check out was available.

Very clean, professional service which sets Publix apart from their competition

This Publix Gets It !!! Look at this produce wall. I took this picture at 1 pm ... produce stocked this morning still looks awesome. What is done right ?
1) Produce is carefully stacked in the vertical sections.
2) Produce is not crushed in order to stack more than the space is designed for.
3) Leaves are not torn or bruised (another sign that an employee cares !)
4) Produce is ever so lightly misted (not too frequently misted nor with too much water volume).

The only fault I found was some limp red kale (lower right) that should be removed ... giving them the benefit of the doubt here ... it may have come in that way ... but not saleable.

GREAT JOB !!! Give the produce team a raise. ✨✨✨✨✨5 STARS

I only shop at this Publix for prescription medication through their drive-through and it’s always runs pretty smoothly

I like every publix I been to with exception of Poinciana. Manager is to good to run a register.

There are a few products at a low price. This branch is well located,I have always found what I'm looking here great attention but a little expensive.
