Carlos and Franceska at the Vitamin Store truly exemplify outstanding customer service! My friend and I had the pleasure of interacting with both of them today, and we both agree that they were exceptional in every way.

I was on vacation with my family and stopped into the Vitamin Shoppe in Kissimmee. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Franceska who listened to my needs and walked me around the store explaining the benefits of requested supplements. Last night I made a quick stop to pick up a vitamin for my mom and left with so much more, in the best of ways. I was greeted by a sales a associate named Aysha. She immediately offered assistance and directed me to the item I was shopping for. Her knowledge of the products and their functions impressed me so much that I decided to pick her brain about some supplements for myself. Aysha was kind, respectfully listened, and was sincerely empathetic when I shared my story of an on going medical condition. She showed me a few different products and options but always recommended to discuss with my doctor first. She wasn't just another pushy salesperson trying to make a sale and then rush me out. Instead , in addition to her product knowledge, Aysha offered a listening ear, words of encouragement, a positive attitude, great energy and a new sense of hope for my healing journey.Thank you Aysha for being awesome!

Went to GNC worst customer service ever. Then vitamin world girl was nice but very limited. She recommended vitamin shoppe and they were very nice and knowledgeable turned my frown upside-down.😉

SO... Go visit my man Johnathan at this location. The guy was a beast a knowledge on the supplements I was looking for. I was looking for a mens and a womens supplement. Plus the guy loves his career. Wasnt any hiding in that. If hes not running that location, I'm not going to be surprised when he has his own location. Check the place out. Totally an amazing store.
