T-Mobile

Both Lok and Luke have been super helpful the 3-4 times my wife and I have stopped by. I really appreciate their interpersonal skills, sense of humor, and amount of care they give to each interaction. The whole team seems very knowledgeable and the experiences here only make me want to come to this location and never go to a brick & mortar T-Mobile dedicated store. Thanks for always helping us. =]

I signed up in April and brought three lines over from AT&T. I was promised I could keep my phone and T-Mobile would pay it off if I paid it off with the Keep and Switch promotion. I was and still eligible. Over 400 that I was never reimbursed. Also, I was told I will get Costco gift cards for switching over. I filled out everything correctly and never received them. The employees at T-Mobile told me I was eligible and I would just have to fill it out online. When I called T-Mobile customer I wasn’t eligible and I won’t be receiving it.

Don’t sign up because they don’t give what’s promised. I’m considering legal action.
