Always outstanding service. I am most often taken care of by John, an older gentleman. He knows exactly what he is doing, friendly, and professional. I always try to have him take care of me when I am at this UPS location. It's so nice to have someone that knows their job and is courteous and professional. Thank you John. I was in there again today and couldn't ask for better service.

The UPS Store in North Olmsted is simply outstanding! I've always had the best experience with them. The staff is super helpful, kind, and incredibly efficient.

The addition of a self-service Amazon return kiosk has made visiting this location a breeze.

I really don’t get the bad review on here at all. Owner is a good guy always pleasant. I love the guy who gave the bad review and said they weren’t pleased he came in with 10 minutes to the store closing and they weren’t happy his chair had to still be packed up still. Gee really? I wouldn’t be happy either. Your probably the guy who’s always in front of me and never has there stuff together. People really are something else.

I had a great customer service experience at this location. I had a large return to Amazon and figuring out what goes where was very challenging. Karen was amazingly patient and kind- the best service I have ever received at UPS. Thank you so much Karen!!

These guys are great! I send packages frequently and they are always helpful, kind, and quick. All our packages have arrived to their locations by the specified date. I lost a receipt of a shipment and needed it later for proof of delivery. The item was worth a pretty penny and the owner went out of his way to find all of the info I needed.

This is a great store. John is knowledgeable and took great care of me with an Amazon return issue I had. I will definitely be back to this location for any of my shipping needs.

The other local UPS Stores (Westlake and Avon Lake) weren’t able to provide me notary services on an employment form. They weren’t trained adequately obviously, as they said they don’t do them. However, the North Olmsted store helped me right away with no issues!

The Staff there are professional and very friendly!!

The gentleman at this store was beyond helpful! I was visiting from out of town and needed to ship something fast, he helped get it together so fast. Parking was a breeze even with all the Black Friday shoppers out and about.
