Have been shopping here for the past few months and today I met the manager and I was blown away. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about his product, and took over 10 mins to explain in detail how the product worked. Extremely impressed and will continue to shop here. Reasonable prices and the rest of the staff was very welcoming.

I was greeted immediately upon entering and the women that helped me did an amazing job helping me get what I needed. I definitely found my new go-to vape shop. It's a friendly environment staffed with helpful people.

I have used these stores around Winston for about two years, and honestly, you won't find a more customer oriented staff anywhere else. They're all great to talk to and even better, they all know what they are talking about. Great group of people, and the best selection in town, period.

I recently moved to the area and could not find any local vape store that carried “The Finest Signature Edition Salt Nicotine” the Vanilla Custard Tobacco flavor. Over 4 years I’ve tried different styles and flavors of vapors and this is the first that got me to quit smoking cigarettes after 17 years of many failed attempts.

After checking 8 local vape stores with no success I arrived at Stratus Smoke & Vape last Friday. They didn’t have “The Finest” stocked, however Ashley is the first person to write down my specific brand, flavor & mg. along side my name and phone number, assuring me she would order it for me Monday.

Monday is here and Ashley confirmed, she has exactly what I want ordered and it should arrive to her store by the middle of this week!

The employees know what they are selling, and that is rare. Everyone that works there is super sweet and helpful. It's the best vape shop in Clemmons for sure.
