Great customer service as always! Same young gentleman that’s usually working was there when I purchased a few things for Christmas! I needed to return one of the items and it was the same gentleman working when I returned. He happily accepted my return per their 30-day policy no hassle or attempt to give me something like in store credit (I had a receipt). I appreciate this quick amazing customer service! Glad to see these amazing young people are still out there!

I was so relieved to see that despite so many stores having left East Towne, they are still here. Huge selection of Vans and I was able to find exactly the pair I was looking for. The employees working were really helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Have all the awesome styles in Vans! Placed an order to be picked up at their location and got my shoes super quick (2 days). Love this place!

Cashier was friendly but you should probably have a system in place of making sure your shoes are correctly priced before you open. It's not my fault there priced wrong and didn't even give the price to make it right. Won't return.
