My family recently lost my father the previous week. We needed suits for his services. Andrew and the store manager gave us the highest quality of customer service. We were not only able to get all of our needs, but even our wants. They searched neighboring stores to find the items for us and had them shipped. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We truly felt like we made friends. I highly recommend the Greenville, DE store for all of your professional and casual dress ware.

I recently visited the Greenville, Delaware location. I was purchasing a suit for my wedding in November and was helped by Jerome. He was so helpful, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was thorough and kind throughout the whole process, and made sure I was happy with every item I was purchasing. He went above and beyond. I will recommend Jos A Bank Greenville to anyone in need of a good suit and great service.

This store is great and serves the purpose it was designed to. The woman that helped me was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed and was able to get all of it for me. These places only work when they have great inventory and service, and this place has both. Would recommend to anyone trying to get some business threads in a hurry.

Went in to grab ties for upcoming weddings that my son and myself were invited to. Jerome was spot on with all of his recommendations. He took the time to ask what suits we would be wearing and not only picked out ties but made solid recommendations on shirts and shoes. He truly knew what he was talking about.

My suits did NOT travel well yesterday. Jackets arrived very wrinkled but the JA Banks team pressed out the jackets in less time then it took me to completely browse the store.
Also got some promising advice regarding jacket folding techniques for travel packing.

Rich is awesome, as my buddy told me he would be. I needed a long-overdue wardrobe refresher for a week-long visit to my corporate HQ, and in less than an hour he'd picked out several perfectly coordinated outfits that let me mix & match - and, more importantly, that fit well. I would have spent half a day and looked ... meh. Thanks to Rich, I looked great and I felt great. And he steered me to sale items. Received numerous compliments on my new pocket squares; even had a cop compliment my new shoes! Headed back tomorrow to use some coupons for Spring items. Rich is The Man!

My husband and I just had a wonderful experience working with Wesley. He was warm, accommodating and helped us maximize savings. The store had a nice selection...we'll definately be back.
