I love this Walgreens! Degan is my favorite by far. I rate this a 11/10 experience for his kindness and determination.

If I could give the male staff 109 Stars I would . From Tony at the front desk to the male crew on the pharmacy they always give too notch customer service ! Thank you

Poor Management! I had to make two special trips because the Manager did not do my refund correctly the first time, after one of the cashiers did it wrong originally and ended up double-charging me on one of the items. The Manager said nothing each time; no apology, just handed me the receipt ... talk about customer care!
Other than the incident with this Manager, I like this Walgreens location and everyone else seems friendly and engaging.

Never open late when I need them. Has different hours than other locations

Im a cancer survivor and this pharmacy consistently manages to not have my prescriptions ready when stated, sometimes even when called. This has lead to me delaying pickup and having my order cancelled.

I’m sitting here now after being told my prescription wasn’t filled yet but they were working on it only to watch the one pharmacist working leave for break (?) and now literally no one behind the counter appears to be filling drugs so where are my necesarry cancer meds Walgreens?

Not the best of Walgreens...some of the help are very helpful. BUT management is VERY LAX & NOT CONSUMER ORIENTED.
One of the pharmacists is very unfriendly...the pharmacy assistants are VERY nice!!!
The pharmacy receptionist with dyed blonde hair is VERY RUDE!
It's close to home, but NOT a favorite of mine.

Did a curbside order online got the email that it was ready I hit the “I’m outside” was waiting in my car for 10 mins waiting so I go inside because at this point why am I waiting if my order is ready. I gets in it’s not busy it’s two cashiers and the Manger is called up front to get my order it was just sitting there like what the point of curbside if I gotta come in ! I was trynna save time NOT waste it! I’m not coming back

I went to the pharmacy at this location on Thursday 9/9/2021 to pick up a prescription for my father and it wasn’t ready. So I sat on the side to wait for it. There was a long line and the pharmacy workers were serving all of these people that were getting COVID shots and flu shots. An hour went by and still no prescription after all of that waiting and so I left.

Had 1pm appt for Covid vaccination. Waited 50 mins to get vaccination.
Pharmacist was great. Pharmacy receptionist is rude!

Every time when prescription is due, it’s never ready and delay for at least a week. Call their pharmacy department to follow up, one of the staff is rude and impatient, tell me to call my doctor myself, what are you here for then?

Not open at 9:45am.

The pharmacist needs to be more gentle when giving a shot. Not the best experience I have had.

Pharmacy not open any time on the weekends?

Bad customer service don’t go here i went there for flue shots but they told me I have to wait until they finished all of their customers...

Prescription never ready. Always wait in long line. The worst Walgreens pharmacy!
