I was just at this location with my baby and I had to pickup some large boxes to move. I came in very last minute because I didn’t realize what time they closed today.
The staff in there was absolutely wonderful and one employee who I did not catch his name definitely stood above the bar and gave amazing customer service. They were wonderful and I will now be doing all further purchases and shipping straight through this location.
He let me and my baby wait inside for our ride due to it being so cold. He deserves a raise, wonderful wonderful employees to interact with. I definitely recommend this location to others in Delaware who want a quick easy and friendly shipping experience..

I like the option of notary onsite. I never knew they had that option. It was affordable, and available on a Sunday. Francis was super helpful in explaining where to sign, and the terms of electronic disclosure for UPS Store.
The other staff members were also very helpful and friendly. I recommend going here for shipping needs. I will be returning for future shipping package needs.

Never knew UPS was a franchise business model (my ignorance). This location is very good with good customer service. They can get very busy but they service you as soon as they can and ensure customer satisfaction. I use their printing & notary services too and have no complaints (only compliments). All in all a great store for your shipping/printing needs. Kudos!

I went to this store first thing this morning to have a big print job and a couple of shipments done. Frank helped me accomplish my needs efficiently and pleasantly. I left there in a short time feeling relieved and very pleased with the service. Excellent customer service and I definitely will take all of my printing, shipping, etc. needs there!

Had to send a international package, it never made it to its destination. Frank (owner) spent 3 months following up with the post office to recover the insurance funds and also returned the shipping fees. Frank is a good man and oversees a great business and puts the customer first.

Family-owned franchisee, great customer service! Frank, the owner, is friendly and very helpful, as are the rest of his family/colleagues! This location can do inkjet photo prints, posters and banners, passport photos and document scanning in addition to package shipping. They have a small warehouse garage for mailbox customers with bulk goods receiving. It is also a dog-friendly retail location.

Great place to handle all your shipping needs. Staff is very hands on when it comes to shipment delays. The owner (Frank) will personally see you thru any issues related to your shipping needs (i.e. unlike other places that send you out the door with a (800) number). Would highly recommend using there services. We intend to for years to come. Thanks again Frank!!!

Experience has been great during every visit - be it print or mail services.
The store is very cramped though.

I've been here at least twice now, both times I had no issues doing what I needed to Do. The staff are polite and quick to service your needs.

Wow, these guys are awesome! Per my request, they picked up some full size plans from a nearby business, scanned them for me, emailed me the scans, and dropped them back off, all in a matter of minutes!
