I want to give them a Great feedback!! I had fullsets before from different places but this is my first time having 10 of them on after 3 weeks!! I hand wash dishes!!! And these are still so fire on me🔥 all of my friends complimented this work! 🫶 Everyone was really friendly, clean and organized salon, nice neighborhood and good prices! Totally recommend

It's been over a year since I've had a proper pedicure, and I stopped by here after work today, expecting a similar experience to the tons of salons I've been to in my life, and this place BLEW MY MIND. The ladies were amazing, kind, the place was clean, and the woman currently doing my toes gave me the best leg massage I've ever had in my life. I was offered complimentary white wine, and I was seated within SECONDS of arriving. She's so genuine, and really molded my experience here. I will be a regular from now on!! Thank you Lotus Spa Salon!

Got my lash extensions removed and my eyebrows waxed here and they were amazing. Even for simple and short services, they treated me well and took their time with me. They made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable and checked in with me.
Also they offer gel-x nails!! Which is crazy because so many nails don’t offer this at all! Will for sure be back to get my nails done.

Went with my girlfriend for the first time to a pedicure (never had one before). The service was great and the people were friendly. The massage chair was really good for my back and my feet look great after. If you're looking for a good pedicure spot, this is one you should for sure check out.

Got a pedicure here. Great staff, super kind and accommodating to me since it was my first time getting a pedicure! A really good place that is local too!

The staff was really kind, and very helpful with the informing me of the services they offer. The music was really nice and with the sunlight coming in from the big windows in the front it made the environment really welcoming! Ask for kyra, she’s a good listener and is slays at gel x!

I’ve been coming to Lotus since 2014. I’ve tried many other nail salons here in PDX and Lotus is truly the best. I usually opt for a dip manicure and spa pedicure, but the acrylic is also high quality. Clean, kind staff, and quick!

Lani and the young man did my nails. This was one of it first nail salon experiences. Both technicians were very friendly and gave my sister and I a lovely experience!

The ladies here are consistent and always give a good Mani/pedi, I can usually get in within 30 minutes of calling. They do an excellent dip manicure, and the place is clean and bright and comfortable.

I've been going to Lotus for years, since I worked in the area and I could get a pedi during lunch. I changed jobs 6 years ago and continue driving back to NE Broadway because they do great work, they're kind and I don't feel like they're talking about me in front of my face. I love the selection of polish, I always get gel and the polish stays without chipping. It's clean, quiet and relaxing.

I've been coming to Lotus Spa for several years, for a basic mani\pedi. The quality of service is always great, for a good price, and the staff is friendly.

First time experience was awesome! Lani did an amazing job and listened to me when I described what I wanted. I walked in at 6pm, 1 hour before close but I did not receive any bad attitude for walking in so late. Lani was cute and fun and was excited to do a cute design that I had asked for. Many other salons I have been to act very impatient when I ask for anything above one plain colour, so this was refreshing to me. She seemed genuine, instead of just making conversation to boost her tip like some technicians do. I appreciated her sincerity. My nails look great, I am very thrilled!!

Absolutely love being a nail girl here. Nikki, Tiffany, Tammy, Wendy and the whole team are so amazing!!! They’re so skilled, friendly and fun.

I have been here several times for manicures and pedicures. Excellent service. Clean environment. They are following the Covid -19 protocols with masks being required and practicing social distancing. I was appalled to find this NOT to be the case at Plumeria Nail Salon where several employees were not wearing masks even though they advertise that that they are REQUIRED. Irresponsible and dangerous to be putting their customers at risk. Kudos to LOTUS for doing the right thing and providing great services too!

This place is awesome. I'd been having a rough day and really just wanted a nice, relaxing pedicure. I forgot to ask the gentleman his name, it wasn't Kevin. Oh man. That was the best pedicure I've had in quite some time. The salon was nice and quiet, I was given a warm neck pillow during the pedicure...I almost fell asleep. This place is a diamond in the rough. There are plenty of nail salons to go to up and down Broadway but Lotus is a small slice of heaven. They also do eyelash extensions, tinting, and waxing. 10/10 would recommend and will be back VERY soon for a much needed manicure.
