Great selection of hard kombucha, cbd drinks, hi-ball, Electrolit, single wines, and beer. The new workers are super friendly and keep the regular hours which is much appreciated! The owner is super nice too and takes suggestions for new products to bring in. All around a great market that I love to support.

The only reason I give this place 2 stars and not 1 is because the guy who works Thur-Sun nights is awesome! So friendly and always happy to see regulars. The guy who works the other nights Mon-Wed ALWAYS closes the place early!! SO ANNOYING! Stay open until your posted hours or CHANGE your hours!

The positive reviews of the place are well warrented, being a cozy convenience store with a fair selection of goods. The staff as I have read, for the most part sound like cool people.

The lady working tonight was not, in fact, a very cool person.
Seeing as they didnt have my niche flavor of candy, I proceeded to walk out of the place empty handed.

However, before I could leave I was shouted at to stop and to not steal from the store. Seeing as how this was a more than a fair bit incorrect on her part, I go to the front counter and empty all my pockets in front of her. Firmly telling her I did not in fact take anything, making it incredibly obvious it was a total misread on her end.

Maybe it was intimidation by a reasonable level of pushback or some other weakness of character, she proceeded to shout at me to never come to the store again and to not shoplift from a mom and pop store, including other choice words.

As an aside, I am morally oppossed to shoplifting from small bussinesses for obvious reasons.

Anyway, seeing as how this person is laughably out of their depth, I left the store dissappointed and wished a less than genuine rest of her evening. I ended up getting something else from the safeway nearby.

Staff screamed at me for parking my car in front of this place to go to the laundromat next door — the lady pointed at a “10 minute parking only” sign that was almost completely obscured by a poster. I was compliant and apologetic (if confused!), but she still threatened to tow my car — it was 10 AM on a Saturday, I had been there for half an hour and was leaving, and there were 5 empty spaces in the lot.

Used to come here all the time. Good beer selection, but unreliable, and not worth the risk. They close before their posted hours, and often the cashier will be on break for unspecified periods of time. Sick of walking to a convenience store to find them closed when their hours say they should be open. Save yourself the time and go to the Plaid 6 blocks away on Belmont.

Won't let a 3 year old use the bathroom. I get employee only bathroom policies but have a little compassion. When kids need to go they need to go. I was a regular, but I won't be back.

This location was better 45 years ago when they sold horsemeat... that should say something.
