Walmart Connection Center

Absolutely horrible customer service!! They have these society rejects and give them a title as manager, trying to resolve any problems is a big waste of time. I placed an order online and was expecting to pick the order up before closing time. Mind you, I placed the order at Noon and the items were on the shelf when I was at the store that morning, decided to order online because of the discount. I went to the store at 9:00PM, asked if they could pick my order and bring it to the front because my grandson had been waiting all day for his gift. While waiting to speak to a manager, an elderly white gentleman was also complaining that he had been waiting for some help in the paint department for over 30 minutes, I knew I was in for trouble, if a white guy can't get help I know as a black man I'm doomed. Anyway, gave the cashier the order number, of course they don't have any info on that number even though it clearly says on the receipt, the store number, how much I paid, method of how I paid. I told the manager that she was not trying to resolve the issue for me at all, at which time she asked me to leave. Really?? No problem. I cancelled the $130 online order, placed the order with Amazon.com and will have it on Monday. I will never step foot into any walmart again, the West Florissant location should be closed and all the rats should be exterminated!. I see why they call it the Ghetto Walmart because that's exactly what it is.
