Dollar Tree

I went into the Ferguson, Missouri Dollar Tree on 02/12/22 at 915am. I witnessed the best customer service. I haven't seen this in a while. One of the workers was personally assisting a customer pick out items for Valentine's Day. The customer was so please with the service he looked like he had conquered a giant. And it was all because she took time to help him. Then I was looking for an item and ask a different worker where I could find it. He walked me to the area it should've been in but it was out of stock. He didn't leave it at that.... He apologized for not having it. It was the best shopping experience I've witnessed since the pandemic hit. Thank you both for putting a smile on a Customers face!

The workers there are extremely polite. This is my local dollar tree and it’s been a while since I’ve seen it kept together and decently clean. I believe there is new management and ever since I’ve seen this new manager and workers it has been a pleasant experience there. They keep everything stocked up now and it’s not hard to find what I need and if they ever have something out of stock the next week it’s usually stocked back up. Great job dollar tree!

I wasn't too pleased to know somebody car got broken into there was glasses on the ground I was leery about stopping I feel sorry for people that this happened to but overall Dollar tree is a good store

This is by far the largest in the area and had the widest selection because of it! The employees also seemed more than happy to help find certain items

I had never been in the Dollar tree they were very friendly it's a pretty nice one clean they were stocking the shelves helping each other working as a team it's a nice dollar Dollar tree I'll be going back

The store was crazy crowded but the cashier's did and amazing job moving the line so check out went pretty fast great store friendly workers inside the store at this location always keeping the store stock and ready for you to buy products 😁

There is a cashier there by the name of Nikkie who went above and beyond for almost every customer she had. Very good at multi-tasking. She told a fellow cashier that they could go on their break, complimented me on the scissors that I purchased and offered an elderly lady a stool as the lady was waiting for her ride all while smiling genuinely & ringing me up. And this was after she was coming back from helping a man find whatever he was looking for. If she is not a manager she definitely should be and if she is then whoever hired/promoted her made a great decision!

This Dollar Tree has the most helpful staff I've ever encountered. They're very personable and they try hard to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. Love it!

Very busy however they made sure to have sufficient cashiers. Environment was welcoming and clean.

The store was well organized. Not crowded. Great prices.
