We don't have a Rainbow store in Marion Il. I would love to have one there! Until then St. Louis Mo here I come.

So I realized I made the mistake of thinking this particular location opened at 10a like other locations but it was only a few minutes before they opened so I just patiently waited for them to unlock the doors so I could conduct my business. I had to simply return one item. I looked around for maybe a minute or two before heading to the register to do the return. Upon approaching the register there were two employees behind the counter. Neither of them smiled or greeted me when I walked up. Matter of fact the one who did my return (red braids and glasses) looked at me crazy like I had wronged her or something. Then proceeded to bang on the keys as she was inputting information like she was just so bothered. Very rude and unprofessional. I understand retail can be difficult but the store had literally just opened and I was the first customer she even dealt with and I did not come with that type of energy at all. To make a long story short horrible experience won’t be back at this location and if you don’t won’t to deal with people then just find another occupation. It’s not rocket science. We all going through it to some extent or another and don’t nobody want to deal with these types of attitudes for no reason. Kindness and professionalism is FREE. I hope that lady finds happiness or something else where she doesn’t deal with the public. Don’t go to this location unless you don’t mind this type of conduct. That’s my suggestion.

Came into the store 30 minutes before close to get a pair of sandals the door was locked and a customer was coming out and locked the door once I came in I don’t know if she was the manger but she was a bigger girl with yellow plaid pants yellow through the store “I told y’all to look the ducking door we’re going to be here all night” she was yelling and cussing saying how she doesn’t want to be there all night we left the store and won’t be coming back

Closed early and she couldn’t give me a reason why
