The store was clean and organized. The staff was willing to help.

They exchanged my shoe with no hesitation and gave me a bottle of shoe cleaner at no additional charge. They are aweome ! My shoes were delivered to my house on time.

I don't hand out 5 star ratings often, but this store deserves it for many reasons. I rode my bike here, and I forgot to bring the key for my lock, so I was worried about my bike being stolen. I approached a worker(unknown to me a t the time) on break and offered him a couple of dollars to watch my bike while I went in to browse. He refused the money, and offered exceptional customer service in return! He instructed me to park the bike next to the store window where it could be viewed easily, and also asked another employee to help keep an eye on it! In addition to the great customer service, the product and selection here is also wonderful. They have name brand good quality shoes at decent prices, and usually they run a buy one get the second half price. They even have good quality Wolverine steel toes, which is exactly what I was looking for. And wouldn't you know it, they are usually $100 easily, but they were on sale for $50. In addition to all of this, the cashier took the time to sign me up for the rewards program, and she also explained the program thoroughly. I honestly felt like VIP in this store! I will most definitely visit again. This was the best shoe buying experience that I've ever had.

I stopped here on my way from Springfield, MO to Chicago bc they had the size I needed . I will admit, due to this area of St. Louis being in the national news several months before, I was a bit uneasy. However, the shopping center was nice and clean and I felt safe. The store was extremely nice and the gentleman (manager?) was so helpful at getting my order so I could get back on the road!

This Store and Staff Are AMAZING!!! The manager (Mr. Mitchell) was very helpful and personable... Great Customer Service. The entire team was GREAT!!! I Definitely recommend this location they have A+ Service and Good deals. I came to purchase 1 pair of shoes for my son and left with 4 pair. I was very pleased 😊

The workers was very helpful. I was shopping wth my grand children-i was completely clueless on the lastest going styles the sales lady knew exactly what all 3 of my grand children was looking in shoes measured the feet for accurate sizes .explained all the discounts which made me please having to pay for 9 pairs of shoes but most importantly my grand children walk out very ecstatic I'm happy ☺ seeing their smiles..

This particular location is one of my favorite stores to shop at. I've always been waited on by kind, courteous, and knowledgeable employees, including managers. I've never had a problem with getting help finding what I'm looking for whether it be having them check for a shoe of interest while in the store, or from a phone call. They've always been patient and more than willing to go out of their way to find what I like. What I like about this particular Shoe Carnival most, is that when I would call and let them know I saw a particular pair of shoes that I really wanted, they held it for me up until closing time so that I could come and pick them up. That to me is truly above and beyond showing excellent custom service; and also, it shows that they care about making sure that all of their customers, whether new, or long-time customers, as myself, are truly satisfied. Keep up the good work!!

I love when I get to spin the wheel for extra discounts. I usually buy my shoes from here.

This is a fun location to go to. Feels bigger than some other Shoe Carnival locations though that might just have to do with the open two-story layout with management offices upstairs. They have a good selection of men's shoes which is what I came in for, and was able to easily find what I needed.

I think if you require people to wear a mask then make sure your employees are vacinated or at least have masks available. Its not a law and after 30 years of buying shoes i will no longer step foot in your store. Get with the times get vacinated!!!

I have nothing but love for Shoe Carnival especially as I witnessed over 300 students at my school were blessed with a brand new pair of tennis shoes and 3 new pair of clean socks due to the Grand donation of Shoe Carnival. Not only did they donate the shoes, their employees came and sized each student so they would receive the correct size of shoes & socks. Kudos to you Shoe Carnival, I have nothing but love for any business who takes care of the community, especially children. I am your customer for life!!!!

I love my shoes I haven't been able to buy me a new pair of shoes in a very long time because I take care of everybody ND making sure everyone have everything they need my husband ND I do and when we were able to because of your buy one get a pair half off man we took advantage ND I'm wearing my polo shoes proudly 🤗🤗🤗

The manager at this location is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He save me a ton of money. I highly recommend this shoe store.
