I went into the store today, it was my first time going to this store. I was helped by Ian Kopp. He was AMAZING! I had a unique situation which was a long story. But he was patient and fully listened. Which I really appreciated! Even though he couldn't help me in regards to Verizon, he gave me options of what I could do and was super helpful. He was really kind and nice! I'm very pleased with my experience! I'm glad he was the one to help me!

Whitney was exceptional in helping me problem solve the issue I came in with. She was willing to teach me what I need to do, spent quality time showing me how to do things and then made sure my phone was in perfect shape before I left the store. A quality manager who sets a gold standard for her fellow employees!

Worked with Seth about Verizon home internet. Seth was very helpful and suggested I give it a try. Setting up the wifi was super easy, and it is more than adequate for our needs. So happy with Seth's service and advice as the $65/month savings.

I will drive across town & city to get the top notch customer service this place employs. Deharra is did such a great job at being upbeat, knowledgable and helpful. She made me feel fortunate to know such quality staff is serving my celuar needs.

I stopped into this store to transfer my account to Verizon. Although I ended up experiencing a problem with my old provider that made this a very slow transaction, the staff at Verizon - Sean and the manager, Whitney - were incredibly helpful and patient. Excellent customer service!

My husband and I had the greatest pleasure of being serviced by Toni! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and humorous! She assisted us getting our SIM card and activation of our phone. She serviced all of our wireless needs and advised us also of other services, offers via the Verizon app, and specials that we were not aware of! She is an asset to your company! Greeting good, they were busy, but there were floaters. I counted 5 workers the total. By the time I let there was 3. The presents of 5 was not always there...
I was informed there were problems with setup, after I explained I had a time limit.
I was invited to go get a drink, returned; then told the phone was ready. It wasn't an incomplete setup/transfer, charged for. Apple music was not installed; a feature I was not aware I was intitaled to on arrival.
That said, they were very informative but lacked some products. They were team players and really good promoters.
I did get a call after my visit/calling to get assistance with phone issues.

Verizon HQ take heed! Jonathan at the Brentwood location is wonderful. He was professional, knowledgable, and kind. He was able to answer all my questions about a very complicated situation and he did so with courtesy and exemplary customer service. Thank you for all your help, Jonathan!

Jonathan is easily the best representative I’ve worked with from any company; he’s knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! One might say he’s the bee’s knees!

The staff here are very professional and helpful. We had set up our account online and run into issues. So many thanks to Verizon Associate Arland who got me started with activation and set up, as well as helping with our screen protectors, giving great account advice and Verizon Store deals on accessories as new customers. Awesome customer service!

This store does exactly what they are expected to do, quality service while doing their jobs, it cant be easy to be pulled between unhappy customers and company policy. We need more positivity in the world and less entitlement. I was happy I went into this store.

Sean, Alex, and Vaughn... these guys made my upgrade experience a lot better than I anticipated, especially considering how many variables were involved in making my upgrades happen (trade-ins, satisifying promotion requirements, having the right device in the store, etc.). Sean is the newer guy on the team, being friendly and eager to make the upgrades happen. Vaughn provided comedic relief while the store was slow, and Alex contributed some expertise gained from years of experience in the industry. The three are professional and if one person was unclear about the answer to a question, they tag-teamed the explanations instead of giving a BS answer. They work well as a team to ultimately provide the customer with the RIGHT deal as far as a phone and accessories go instead of just trying to maximize profits. Definitely check out this location for your next purchase.

Great service! I changed my mind several times before deciding exactly what to do with my phone/phone service plan. The sales person was very knowledgeable and walked me patiently through the whole process. I ended up with a great phone with all the features I wanted with an affordable plan to support my communications needs. Very happy customer here! (I am posting this 6 months after the fact - still satisfied)

I appreciated the patient help from both specialists--Vaughn on Monday, Paul on Tuesday, helping through the process of acquiring new phone. When info from previous phone did not all transfer, I went back on Tuesday, and Paul started by wiping new one clean, then loading. Thank you both for your help and patience.

I must say reading the reviews about the poor customer service had me a little worried about going to this location but I decided to go anyway. I'm glad I did! Tiffany was super nice, knowledgeable and very helpful! The entire staff was nice and the atmosphere altogether was great! I highly recommend going to this location!

I have gone into this store twice, and both times staff have been attentive and very helpful. Today, Everett did a great job and answered all my questions. Much appreciated.

I had a quirky issue with my phone that is highly unusual due to my phone being a prototype. Adnan was very helpful in trouble-shooting the issue and he tried several things until he was able to fix it. Many customers in the store were very rude because they didn't understand their phones issues or were shocked they had to wait. The staff here were very professional and helpful.
