Called in to get help in verifying if certain stock was on display in the kids section and was transferred around a few times till Madeline Rubin from the visual department took it upon herself to go check even though it was not her responsibility.
Really appreciated it and wanted to give her a shout out

I want to recognize Genesis at St. Louis Galleria store for going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. In a last minute scramble before leaving for a trip, I was picking up an order just minutes prior to close. Genesis quickly identified I was at the wrong store and immediately recognized the inconvenience I was facing. She called the other Nordstrom store, told me to start making my way that direction, and she’d call with me an update. Minutes later Genesis called informing me she made arrangements for an after hours pick up of my order at the other store.The order was clothes purchased for the trip and since departure was early the following morning, I would had to have gone without unless Genesis took it upon herself to change my predicament. Experiences like this make for long lasting impression and loyalty. Thank you, Genesis!

Her level of service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure I not only got everything I needed but also exceeded my expectations. Laurel had the best experience in the lingerie department, because of Tay. She was warmly greeted by Tay. Laurel was impressed with her product knowledge. Tay is very personable and professional. Tay even took Laurel to a different department to help her select some other apparel! It was quite apparent to us that Tay was genuinely invested in our Nordstrom shopping experience.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service huge selection very knowledgeable and caring employees hats gloves jewelry clothing alterations shoes sneakers rings perfumes colognes Chanel make up tanning and always very highly knowledgeable staff

Went in to find my mom a beautiful outfit for her birthday the associate Tommia was super helpful and extremely nice!!

Needed shoes while visiting family and was able to find good parking nearby. Was in and out quickly thanks to helpful associates.
Parking, sidewalks, public restrooms and mall are handicap accessible.

Awesome customer service! I was greeted when I came in the store and as I walked throughout the store. I was getting a fragrance gift set for my friend and Ms. Joan at the fragrance counter was so helpful and knowledgeable! She is definitely an asset to your company. I received awesome service from her. I am very pleased with my purchase. I'll be back to see Ms. Joan again real soon.

I've visited Nordstrom's Department store cologne section several times for pre-purchase testing and to buy cologne. The sales person are very polite and helpful. They never hesitate to offer suggestions and or offer samples. One gentleman that stands out is Joshua Fournier. He appears knowledgeable and honest in his suggestions about fragrances. Also, there was a young tall African American male, who appeared to be home from college, who was very helpful in my purchase of Spicebomb. Nordstrom, will always be on my list of stops when shopping for cologne. I wish they carried Creed inside the store. Coupons would be nice!

Love Nordstrom. Great higher end merchandise and service with great return policy. Stores have less and less merchandise and people working which makes me sad but is understandable. Still enough to bring me in to shop.

I got a suit I like, that fits, at about what I wanted to spend and had a good time doing it. The tailor and salesperson were knowledgeable hard working and very pleasant. It was the third store I tried and Nordstrom was head and shoulders above the other two.

Well they were able to fix a phone screen that Teddy Nash destroyed Teddy Nance destroyed, and it works like brand new so yeah if you ever break your phone and you want to keep your information and I'd have to change your passwords and everything yeah it's worth it to go ahead and just buy pay you in a little bit of money to have your phone screen fixed so that you can retain all your information and contacts and accounts so it's a good thing to do and it works like brand-new

Returned my Prada shoes that were coming apart at the toe. Easy returning process..

Always have a great experience when I shop at the Nordstrom at the Saint Louis Galleria! I always feel very 'at home' when I am there! This past weekend I went in need of assistance with my Nordstrom Card, and Caitlin was super helpful and attentive to my needs! I truly appreciate all her help and the assistance of fellow sales associates there! She was so patient (even as I accidently came in 10 minutes to close) They are always very kind, caring, and want to make sure that you feel comfortable at this location! Never once had a bad experience at this Nordstrom! Thank you so much for your help Caitlin and to all Nordstrom associates working right now! Thanks for all that you do!
