If you love hot sauces, spices, dips, you must come here! Pepper palace has some unique combinations of flavors that are amazing. You can taste test almost everything they sell here.

This store is by far the cleanest Pepper Palace I’ve been to. The worker Jade greeted us immediately when we walked in and recommended us a new sauce we haven’t tried and we instantly loved. She was so friendly and I can definitely tell she cares about the store and what she sells.

Again, highly recommend this store and the products they sell. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a amazing time in there. And I’ve been in other pepper Palaces. But this specific one tops all of them. Just because this great lady name Jade help me out. She showed me where some of the sauces were and I loved them. So I had to buy some. But being in there she also taught me things about the sauces and never knew that. I enjoyed my time there and makes me want to go back to have a great time. So to sum it all up, Jade made the whole place to be fantastic and a awesome experience to be in there.

I had a great experience today! I visited this store for the first time ever, Jade was very kind and helpful, she gave us Information on all of the sauces we asked about. I didn’t even know i could like sauces so much before walking into this store, my two cousins and I all ended up buying sauces for ourselves and our family. I am from Tennessee and will be visiting the Nashville store once I get back home! Thank you for the great experience and customer service!

Love this place. Can taste everything before you buy. Rubs, marinades, hot sauce, bbq sauce, chicken wing sauce, salsa, jams, and even dip mixes! Friendly staff and a rewards program. Do not be put off by the higher prices, it's 100% worth it. You only need a fraction of what you'd use from cheaper varieties. I can slow glaze at 3-4 full racks of ribs off 1 bottle of sauce. A bottle of run can easily be used for 8-10 racks. A little, goes such a long and tasteful way.

We were in St Louis for a Bachelor/Bachelorette party weekend. We were reminded that there was a Pepper Palace in the Saint Louis Galleria Mall. So we went. It was a great experience. Jade and Zachary were very helpful. Jade was very knowledgeable on all the flavors. She was also telling us what sauces to pair with what foods. Needless to say we walked out with 14 bottles. When we come back to St. Louis we will be definitely stopping by again to purchase more sauces!

I did not expect to go to the mall and leave with an assortment of spices and marinades for my food, but I am glad I did! The manager, Jade, was extremely nice and helpful! She helped me to pick items that were not only tasty but not too spicy for my diet. The store was clean and organized and it was a great experience overall. I may live in Nevada, but I will be sure to use the online store to make more purchases!

Jade was super amazing and helpful!! She recommended a recipe she loves to make for a Buffalo chicken dip and it was delicious! I made it for a friendsgiving and it was very popular. I will definitely be back for more of that garlic parmesan Buffalo sauce!

Don't think twice about visiting this store. Jade will hook you up with whatever version of hot sauce or other spicy stuff you need. These guys have it all and the service could not have been better. Seriously.
