I would like to personally thank Torreyan and Jaila for the excellent customer service today. Very nice, professional, and courteous to my husband and myself. I haven't shopped at Express for some time, but they definitely made me feel comfortable! Once again, thank you!

I had a really wonderful and positive experience here today. I went in to pick up an online order. Nothing big, just one pair of jeans. I still get pretty anxious when I go into womens clothing stores alone. I gave the cashier my information and with no hesitation asked if I needed to try them on before I left. I was blown away! She pointed me toward the dressing rooms and said she would have my bag and receipt for me when I finished. I really wish I had gotten her name as I would love to give her a shout out. I don't think she realized just how much brighter she made my day. I was so happy I even bought some socks and a pair of tights as well. I will most definitely be doing more shopping here.

The clothing here is exceptionally good quality and looks amazing. My friends and I always check here first before going to any other store for a new look. Sizes are true and the clearance section is just as amazing as the full price items. I would recommend Express to anyone looking for something a little different to add to their wardrobe!

The store is open post covid. You need to wear a mask to enter. Store is amazing as usual! Express is my go to store always
