Today I was applying for my passport, Mrs. Jenny attended me, in my opinion she is the kindest lady I have ever seen, very professional and a lot of patience. She gave me all the information I asked her for. Thank you Jenny and yes, we need more people like you in public services. In general, everything is excellent.

We went here to get our marriage license. We are from another state, but will be getting married in Tennessee. This is the only county that the license is $40.00, and I was able to complete it online before we arrived. So when we got there all we had to do was show ID, sign, and pay. Very nice experience.

Heather works for the city of Sevierville as a court clerk I believe. She went out of her way for me, had patience, stayed nice, and she really took care of me. I wish more people did things like her, to her it may have been just another day of doing her job but to me it meant a lot. Nobody knows what could be going on behind closed doors and doing something so simple made a big difference to me. Thank you Heather.

Quick to pay license tag renewal. This year, renewal for vanity tags is waived. Expected to pay over $100 for renewal, bit it was just the regular price of $41.00. There is a small charge for credit card payments, which would have nice to know beforehand as I had cash, but oh well.

To the lady that helped me with my car tag today thank you so much for making sure I understood what I need to do for my tag you were so kind may God bless you in every way you were so much nicer an kind then the last person I had talked with about my tags thank you again so much it really meant alot to me I was having a ruff day thanks again

TAG RENEWAL OFFICE - This review is for Tana in the tag renewal clerk's office. She is AMAZING!! My husband had open heart surgery recently and has a slew of dr appts. I accidentally renewed and paid for the wrong vehicle that we traded for the new vehicle. She called me, fixed it for me and mailed it to me! That is ABOVE and BEYOND customer service and someone who actually CARES about her residents and her career! Thank you Tana! :-)
