Big Lots

My sister and I were looking for a new couch or loveseat yesterday, and when we walked into big lots, Josh, the manager asked us if he could help. He took us to a new item. He highly recommended, and showed us all of the features. We spent about an hour in the store, and even though he was only one of two people, he managed to take care of every new customer as well as our additional questions.
And I was surprised to find high-quality name brands, such as Serta mattresses, lots of Royhill furniture, and many others. Definitely higher quality inventory.
But it was all about Josh, the new manager. He is just outstanding. We eventually decided to buy the couch and loveseat, and he helped us arrange for delivery from the rental store next-door.
Oh, and after our purchases, I noticed a dent in the lampshade as I was putting it in my car. I returned and he went and found a replacement immediately. Really well done, i’m not sure how he managed everything with short staff, but super customer service and the store was in very good shape, nice and clean. Congratulations big lots, your managers, Josh will make me shop there again and recommend him and their products.
Oh, and he went to find the warranty and check an issue we had asked about.

Every single person was ever so nice & informative ! Meeting them just proved to me that the benefits of shopping and buying locally can't be beat. I know Big Lots is a large chain, but it's their employees personal touch that sold me. Thanks to you all.

They had awesome things in there. Clean and super nice staff. Got a blanket for myself and my dog in vacation. When in the area again will return 🥰

Heat selection for big lots. Store was super busy but the staff did a great job keeping the line going.

Enjoyed this shopping experience. Store was clean and well organized. Wide isles which allowed for walker to be maneuvered very easily. Friendly cashier who was very efficient.

Nice and clean easy to get around

We were on a mission to find new cushions for our outdoor chairs and after going to many other places and failing, Big Lots had exactly what we were looking for. We even found a bonus, an outdoor rug that went perfectly with the new cushions.

They always have great Christmas decorations with reasonable prices. 🎄🎁

I am impressed with the quality that our local big lots has. Went in for some room decor for my teenage daughter and found everything we needed at reasonable prices. Chase at the register was super helpful and so nice.

I took advantage of some great summer clearance prices. The store manager hopped on a register to cashier when the line got a little long. I had a great experience, and the employees were friendly and helpful.

My favorite store you can always find good deals and about anything you need.found myself a nice tablet case.

Used to shop here all the time. I miss their big super soft sherpa blankets if i can remember. They lasted awhile and kept you super warm. I didnt see any last i was in there, but i used to get em all the time in there.

I've loved to shop here for years. They always seem to have that little something extra that you can't find at bigger retail chains. Everything at such a good price. Great service good people at this location.

Update 3/31/17: this store has become one of my favorite stores in the county. We bought a bed back in January and have loved it. Now planning on Furnishing our new house with living room furniture from Big Lots. Found the most comfortable sectional ever and it's such a good price. Thank you Big Lots.
