JEFF KRUPIN might be the BEST customer service professional in the automotive industry. This man goes far above and beyond when it comes to helping customers get a good deal no matter what. I had a blown out tire and couldn't afford the over all cost. This man pulled every rabbit he had out-of his hat to make it work like magic! IM NOT TAKING MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT FIRESTONE EVER AGAIN. This man deserves an award or another promotion.

Having read the other reviews, it kind of baffles me because my experience and services and results were EXCELLENT. I'm from Florida and we travel the nation so my Mercedes CLA gets driven a lot.

A flat had my AAA service to do an overnight drop off at this Firestone (suggested by AAA). The next day, I was told I didn't need any more tires than the one that was busted, the tire was available, done and handled within the morning. I was quoted a fair price and everything was done perfectly well. (I have funky special tires on my Benz ... "no flat" tires - and that was quick and readily available)

I'd like to thank the Manager JEFF and Employer ROGER - they communicated well with me, told me exactly what I needed (and what I didn't!) and the job was done fast and effectively!

The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. I was expecting to be waiting for about an hour but the technicians were done with my truck in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the service I received.

This location was able to accommodate everything I needed for my Jeep - yes, it's expansive to repair things, but I honestly felt the team there did the best they could for me.

It was very easy to schedule my appointment at my desired time, my service was completed well and on time as scheduled, and my vehicle now runs smoothly.

I've been going to this location for 30 years and I have been truly satisfied with every visit.
Employees are kind and courteous, and work is preformed on a timely basis.

I called ahead to have my Check Engine light tested. I dropped off the vehicle and within an hour they had an answer. They didn’t try to “sell” or push any other services. They had my vehicle fixed and ready to go by early afternoon.

The staff is trustworthy. They are open about what needs to be done, what may be helpful, and even what I could do on my own.

Jeff, the new manager, personally drove an hour each way to pick up a part for my car, so I wouldn’t have to wait another day. He also charged me less than I was quoted at the dealership. Will be loyal to this Firestone with all of our family cars!

Prices are good if you don't have any hiccups. I bought some bad rims and had those balanced four times, one rim replaced, then all of them dismounted and swapped out for better rims. Staff, especially Ron, were nice and threw me a bone or two since I was having trouble. My final rim and tire setup is working well and I am glad to have it resolved.

I had my cadillac ct6 inspected here and couldn't be happier. They got the car in quick... ct6 has 360 surround surveillance always on and I seen nothing but professional work and that my car was in good hands. Thanks for the quick professional work guys....

I went in To get my brakes checked and couple tires. Rotation and Alignment. I was in and out, and folks it was less than an hour. I was entirely impressed. I did have an appt that i booked online. I arrived 15 mins early as well. I was treated with respect and i feel like the staff valued my time like it was their own. Kudos!!! This is the best Firestone Complete Auto Care location in St. Louis that I've been to. And I'm a highly critical reviewer.

Had my car towed there due to a popping noise and steering problem. They were able to get my vehicle in the next day and got it up and running and back to me quickly and efficiently.

I have been servicing all my cars I've had in the past 25 yrs at Firestone. They always have always fix the problems after calling and telling me what needs repair and estimate of cost. They also call with suggestions or if they find anything while working on the car. They aren't pushy with the things they might find or suggest, the customer decides if they want that work done also

Came in for an oil change on my 2010 Ford Flex, I was well overdue, inspite of it being late in the day they got me in and out quick. They were very friendly and gave me great customer service. They even checked my tires and lights at no charge and gave me extensive quotes on new tires. My oil change was reasonably priced, felt I got a great deal. I recommend this Firestone and I will definitely be back.

This location always has your best interest in mind. Sometimes it may be a little tiresome dealing with the "the manufacturer suggests this at this mileage" but if you turn them away they are considerate enough to give you a printout and not push the issue. When I get an oil change if I didn't add the alignment they will remind me I have a lifetime alignment and let me decide to do it then or not. The wait time is shorter than most places and they have the ability to do everything my car has needed from oil change to inspection to getting my ac back up to snuff. I will keep returning here.
