Love this location. Easy to spot from the main road. There is a traffic light at the entrance to the plaza it’s located in, so easy access in and out. There is TONS of parking! It can get busy on the weekends but the store has always been clean when I was there. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Love that it has a stroller cart for people with kids.

I was very impressed with how helpful the staff was! I was shopping for almost 2 hours while I hunted through clearance racks. I had many different staff members ask if they could assist me and on the occasions when I did need assistance, the people who helped me were very familiar with the contents of the store and the characteristics of all the myriad jeans they sell! And the clearance deals were awesome!

The Oakville location is very well organized. Lots of merchandise to choose from and friendly staff. They also had 3 or 4 purchase lanes available so customers didn't have to wait long in line. Good shopping experience!

Every time I shop at this location, the employees are friendly and helpful! I came in with (what I would consider) a fairly annoying exchange, and the employees remained friendly and patient with me during the transaction. As someone who also works retail, I understand that these transactions are time-consuming and can be frustrating. The employees made this a very pleasant experience for me as a shopper, and that is always appreciated.

I do most of my Old Navy shopping online, due to my need for tall sizes. However, this is the store I go to for my returns, when I have them. The staff is always welcoming, and more than helpful, during my transactions. Just wish they carried talls in store!

This store is conveniently located in our neighborhood. The store is clean and well organized. They always have associates available to help whether it be in the fitting room, on the sales floor, or at the registers. Many different styles, with ample sales and clearance items. Overall a great experience.

Great selection of woman's flip flops. Only 5.99 to 6.99 a pair.

They have a sale going on and the prices are hard to beat if you pick stuff from the clearance racks. Make the most of it while it lasts.

Best place to get any style of jeans. They have great sales. The people that work there are very attentive and extremely helpful. They also have cute boots and cute baby clothes.
