Justin @ the 7334 Lindbergh Blvd St. Louis MO 63129 store was so helpful understanding patient & kind as he assisted me with using my rewards, coupons, & checking out. He was such a blessing to me as I was still learning about the app & benefits when I had to keep asking him to help. He didn't get upset or aggravated he was just so pleasant. I'm thankful for his top-notch customer service.

We visited the minute clinic and had a good experience. The nurse was nice!

Best experience with this CVS ever after changing pharmacies recently....Called pharmacy in the AM hr was told could pickup prescriptions within 2 hr window timeframe.. not only was I able to do that but was also notified via text. Staff and pharmacist on duty was friendly and kept there word with no issues whatsoever even given the fact it was a busy time for them...cars moved quickly through the drive through pick up lanes....only wished I would have made this change sooner. Kudos to this location for a great experience! Thank you from one happy customer of yours.

The reason for the 5 star review is due to a gentleman named JASON who answered the phone today right before they close for lunch. He was so nice! Often when I’ve called, the women who answer are very rude. Jason deserves a raise. I wouldn’t dread calling if I knew he was the one answering each time. Thank you, Jason! For your kindness goes a long way :)

Very clean, well stocked and organized store. The staff are very nice

Today I called about some medicine I couldn’t get at the CVS in Collinsville. I talked to a young lady and she told me it was on back order but she could order it for me and hopefully it will be in Monday. I got my fingers crossed that it will be. But the one in Collinsville didn’t even try to see if someone else had the medicine or not she told me I had to call around and find out for myself. That was so bogus because she could have looked it up.

10/10 recommend! I find this location to be better than all of the other local ones! Jasper the Pharmacist is so helpful and really takes the time to answer all of my questions. He is so professional and makes good recommendations on vitamins and supplements. They are so efficient and I never have to wait in a long line like I do at the other locations. Keep up the GREAT JOB Lindbergh store!!

I am so pleased with my experience at CVS. Everything in stock, helpful employees and coupons that you don’t have to beg to use or that don’t apply to what you buy.

Mark was there to assist me when I requested help. I’m an Instacart shopper and normally staff members are reluctant to treat Instacart shoppers the same way as customers but Mark made me feel welcomed and was able to assist me completely till the end where I checked out all my items. He was energetic and determined in helping me and making my visit a rememberable experience therefore I’m awarding this CVS a 5 star review because Mark earned it. I hope that more employees take their job as seriously as Mark did and make the most to genuinely help all types of customers.

I was just administered my covid vaccine at the Lindberg CVS. The staff was amazing. They were all very friendly and willing to help me throughout the process. I usually don't write reviews but their rating online did not match the service I received.

Love this store!! I'm from Eastern KY & this CVS location!!! Everyone here has treated me exceptionally great! They have contacted my doctors & pharmacy in Ashland & made the transfers so easy for me. Especially from being out of town. I've been up here for 6 months & they have treated me as if I lived here! Thank you CVS!!

They were wonderful. Neil in the pharmacy couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I wound up going back to him four times and he was great. The pharmacist was great too
