I went in hoping for help finding a Wired Xbox controller. Dallas, the associate who helped me, was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and even offered some advice about which controller to purchase based on his own experience. One of the best GameStop shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I know if Dallas is working, I’ll get quality and friendly service.

I don't have any pics as this is not a restaurant and I honestly wasn't planning to do a review, but I had some time to kill and I thought why not go look at some games. I ended up having a really good conversation with the two guys working that day (sorry I didnt catch their names), but I had an issue with a PS4 that had overheated (not bought there) and looking for advice. The guys went over options and spent a lot of time discussing how, using a preferred plan (?), could provide better percentages on traded in items- even if they were defective- and explained a promotion they were doing that week. I would def stop in to this location again. Thanks.

Nathan is the best! He never fails to give great advice and always remembers me when I come in to the store. He's very funny and friendly. Honestly, I shop here because of him.

Jett was extremely nice, helpful, and extremely patient when the console I was trading in required a lengthy update prior to the trade. He performed it in store, which was so nice and helpful! Even set up an online shipping order for me when I was in store. I’ve always had good experiences at GameStop but was above and beyond service!

Went to this store not knowing what exactly i was looking for, but thanks to the helpful staff and most importantly Chris Leonardo, i walked out with a great Christmas gift for my son. Thanks Chris for taking the time to talk with me and answer my questions, you were a huge help without being pushy, or arrogant. I will definitely be doing business here again.

The store is incredibly neat and clean. Made it easy to find the things I needed. I felt very welcomed. I asked the guy at the counter a question and I felt he went above and beyond answering it. Would definitely recommend for a seamless shopping experience.

A lot of people don't like GameStop for various reasons, I won't try to argue against that, but the Fayetteville location is a shining example of what GameStop could be. Thank you Dano for all of the great customer service you provide. Keep up the good work.

I love game stop. I have the elite pro membership and I save so much money every year. U get 20% off of any used game. I've already saved over a hundred dollars this year. Every there is always super nice and helpful.

They have a great selection of video games and nerd stuff, but the best part was the staff. The guy who helped me was super friendly, and not your stereotypical teenage know-it-all who is unimpressed that you dropped in. Great experience.

I called to check on a game for my son while we were shipping at Sam's. The pleasant lady who answered the phone was kind enough, to get the game I asked about and have it ready for me behind the counter. She also helped my son find the right Xbox card to load his money on for V-Bucks! During checking out, she asked about the rewards membership they have. My fiance had it with them and it saved another $4+. We will be back. And not to just a any Game Stop but to this one.

The games are so expensive! But the staff is always very respectful to my son who has a disability, so I can't think of a better place to check out. Plus the clearance section isn't so bad. Thanks!
