Walmart Supercenter

Really busy Pick Up line for groceries and delivery! I waited an hour for 3 bags to deliver for Uber Eats! They were not friendly and they didn’t even try to have any decorum!
Then a manager came out and he asked me about my experience and how they could have handled my experience better-/and I told him!!!!
The manager was very polite and calm and knowledgeable. He was able to correct my entire problem and change my attitude towards delivering for this Walmart…way to go to the excellent customer support he provided! He is a good one!!!

It’s a good Walmart. I like that they have fresh Deli. They always have new stuff there. Good discounts. Every time I go to this Walmart I spent at least 100$ haha. I like this Walmart it’s cool. Also I love how they upgraded Money Services here.

Cashier was ready to go home and was about to drop his till in the business office when I approached the checkout lane and I only had a check to use to pay for my groceries. He opened up the lane for me and it is most appreciated. Walmart needs to have a cashier with a lane open until 11pm. I was checking out at 1030pm. Thank you to the cashier for stepping up to help me.

Walmart is always amazing to me. They have everything you need in one place. One stop shop if you will. It's easy to find things, either with the map on the app or asking one of the many associates that are available. Not only that but the prices beat most of the competitors. Low cost great service. You can't be Walmart.

The staff were friendly and I found exactly what I needed. It was easy to navigate and pick what I needed quickly.

Reagan was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed. She was very professional and a great person. Made my trip quick and enjoyable.

My experience at this particular Walmart has always been excellent. The employees have always been so helpful when I couldn't find certain items.

I do grocery pickup and love this service. You don't wait that long and usually the delivery person is nice and pleasant. I find I don't spend as much when I shop this way. The app is easy to work. Great for seniors.

This Supercenter is WAY better than MLK Supercenter. Employees were kind, courteous and super helpful. I had left a poor review earlier because I had the addresses of the two supercenters mixed up. The Supercenter on Mall is great, especially compared to the MLK Supercenter.

Pharmacy took great care of us, as out-of-towners.

I would like to thank Daniel who was a self checkout associate. He was professional and kind when it was easier for him to not be.

Our Air Conditioner went out last night. Went shopping around checking prices. As Usual, I Purchased a really nice WiFi AC Unit. We're Cool and Comfortable now. Thanks to Walmart.

To little employee to customer service. They were off in never land didn't even pay attention to people needs question answered
