Barnes & Noble

This Barns and Noble is just like the typical Barns and Noble. However, I feel like their customer service is the best. Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful.
As a matter of fact, they no longer offer the teacher discount, but the manager offered to give me a free year platinum membership to compensate. Honestly he didn't even have to mention that.

Always love B and N. However, they did need another checkout because the customer ahead of us had to go through several credit cards until she found one that wouldn't deny.

This will always be a comfort store for me. The store layout changes a couple of times a year, but I can always find a new classic book or an old one with a cup of coffee. The ambiance is nice, quiet like a libary. Honestly, the only thing that it misses for that comfy at home vibe is a candle and a fuzzy blanket, lol

Everyone at Barnes & Noble is so nice. I had moved away and was just back visiting Mom, and was shocked to find out that there is now a free rewards program, so I signed up for it. I asked the nice young lady who offered it if Barnes & Noble has a survey, she said no, wish I'd gotten her name for this Google Review . . . To management, it was Saturday when I purchased a Dell Crossword book for Mom and your employee was working until close. I said you guys are out of here soon aren't you? She said yes, so I'm pretty sure it was just before 6:30 p.m. If memory serves, she had brown hair, at least shoulder length, no glasses, and looked to be around 20 years old. She was doing a great job of getting patrons signed up for the free rewards program. Myself included, she signed up 3 customers in just over 5 minutes! Thank you! Customer Support employees like her make me want to come back more often. If I didn't live just North of Tulsa, I'd definitely visit your Fayetteville store often. It's really in a great location, because when I'm leaving Dillards, I can use the traffic light to come right across Hwy 71 to Barnes & Noble!!

I absolutely love this store! Such a cozy environment and always a wonderful selection of books!

The app said books were in stock but didn’t give the locations in the store. I looked in fiction for two, which seemed logical to me. Not there. However LYDIA found both in about 30 seconds (sci-fi, young adult). She had to search for Freakonomics but found it in about a minute. LYDIA was wonderful. App not so much. Store 5, app 2.

Been spending several days a week in Fayetteville lately so my wife can get therapy at UAMS. So to kill time I go to B&N and drink a frozen something and hang out with some books. People are nice, big store so lots to choose from. Starbucks makes it easier to sit around and read. Love this shop, hope it continues to see good traffic. I for sure will be back whenever possible. Join me? I'll buy the coffee.

A good book store is a rare species. This one is still a good spend of time. Almost nostalgic.

Staff are friendly and very helpful in ordering items. Restroom is always clean. Looking forward to when the chairs and benches return. This is one of my favorite places to come and listen to music and browse before buying.

Tons of choices, great atmosphere, and the employees always knew where stuff was when I or someone else asked.

Great book store. If you've been in a Barnes and noble before, you know what to expect. Personally I wish they had a better coffee shop. I don't love Starbucks. That is very subjective however.

A perfect small town bookshop - one floor that has all genres, a cute small section for children at the back and a Starbucks! Staff is very friendly - just what you would expect from southern hospitality!
